Start keeping tio files!

If you have a bracket image, just remake it. Open up tio, start a new tourney, add everyone in, and re-create the bracket image.

nobody really cares about anybody's feelings. Most "attacks" are just for fun anyways. But not understanding the basic mechanics of how the system for PR works just means he/she needs an incredible amount of in depth research. It's a simple system. Idk why people dont' like hard data?

@ruin: Hard data is easily manipulated and just because it's "objective" doesn't mean it's the right way to do it. Especially not with a bunch of random *** factors. Whether Broly understands it or not, he's saying it's stupid way to figure things out because it's clearly inaccurate as hell.

use common sense before using a dumb system that counts attendance more than value. Texas PR List has failed EVERY time on my placing specifically. Haters gonna hate.

They rip royr off ALL the time.

So you want a tier list based off of "Someone's word-of-mouth that Player X is really good" and not even bother looking at tournament results, wins, and losses?

In royr's case, yes. He backs it up every fest/meeting/get-together.......hes top 5 in this state.





I think the list is WRONG(like always) but i do agree its the best system thus far and over time it "SHOULD" correct it self so ill give it a shot.

Updated to include some RGV tourneys + ALS.

Since I added in RGV, you'll notice a lot of moving around of old players, even those that haven't played in a long time. This is because the RGV tourneys were somewhat old.

Only Brawl Singles are counted for ratings. Teams, Low-Tier, etc will not be counted.

They don't count.

this is a little more specific:
E-Tier: Bomchu - 1600.599 & F-Tier: Bombchu - 1580.375 are the same person.

also

E-tier: CG - 1601.145 & F-tier: baron - 1595.078 is the same person. his actual tag is "chaos griffin" but CG is fine too.
