I think that B+ upwards is fine (maybe t.hawk down to b?)

Dudley should be B tier with Cody one or two spots higher than him.
I personally think B+ down needs reshuffling. Akuma and Rufus need to swap places, Akuma is God in this game. That being said, I'm impressed to see the worst match up is a 7-3, and there's only one. Blanka vs T.Hawk.

Well considering the names on that list, I don't think you can really complain. It'll change, but I'm agreeing with it at the moment.

They list guile and DJ vs thawk as 5-5. The list is bad. Blanka is only 4-6 if you play it properly (i.e like a *****)
