And yet it's easy when you can say...

Tier 1: people that actually matter
Tier 2: decent understanding of the game
Tier 3: not worth mentioning

honorable mentions: people that want to not be on the list because they either wouldn't place as high as they want to, or they don't want the pressure of keeping that spot.


Not to mention, there's a lot less people for other states and everyone gets together in one place fairly often so it's obvious where people stand against one another.
