Yeah, spam didn't enter for over a year and still *****. Bum didn't enter for a year and can't do anything anymore (proved it by entering several times). There's a difference.

I think I could actually be ranked for teams. But I never get to team with really good people. NinjaLink blow me off that time at that PA tourny and that kinda made me sick. I seriously good in teams. But I am always stuck with people who are not all that in teams and placing bad. And I'm usually caring the team.

Me and bum got 5th I believe when we did it. We could have went futher but I made a lil mistake. Out of that our team was really good. And that is the first time ether of us did Peach and DK.

Me and Jash got 5th a G.I.M.P.E.D First time we teamed as well. Losing losers cause we both were not paying attention at the last min. I say with that team there was no problem outside of that ether. Be he does not wanna do it anymore cause of my character so w/e

Me and Jbandrew did ok in teams, we got 9th. Forgot what tourny that was.

Me and vinnie got 9th as we at ours. And I was carrying that team.

And a funny one was a while back when I teamed with Teevee for a tourny. Peach and Rob. I got to the tourny late so they started us off in losers. And we won that straight.

Talent being ignore cause of character is pretty lame. Ether that or people don't trust me in teams. Me and Blue also did damage at bums B-day tourny. We got 9th I think going Peach and kirby. Wierd *** team. If I could just team with good people I know I could place high or even in the money. But because of this, I am not gonna bother wasting my cash in teams.

Oh and CM, I made up my mind. Add w/e points I have to the ranks to be tally up later. Count them. I think I can play on point now. Been on wifi alot now and it is helping me out. So maybe now I can place high over and over.

Yeah, cuz you team with Cable. It's kind of the same thing except Bum is more aggressive than Cable in teams, which works out just fine for me.

That does not matter. I have done double Peach if some peoples at tournies and made that work. I know how to work teams. I team with random characters and do well. as long as my parnter is good, character choice means nothing. I make it work.

Sucking at killing isn't a problem for Peach in teams since she does a billion damage very quickly if her partner has a brain. And her partner can set up stuff for her u-smash.

Peach is phenomenal in teams.

lol at people doubting Bum. The guy is a ****ing genius and a legend in this game series. I teamed with him back in December '09 and I was thoroughly impressed with him. He's incredible. One of the best players period, and the fact that his character is viable in teams makes him even scarier.

Since I played Melee and watched Bum at his first tournament ever and watched his entire rise from random guy to best DK on Earth in both Melee and Brawl, I have a lot of respect for him as a player. After he become a top player, he began to actively host for his region and show a lot of care for the community with training sessions and special events, which made me respect him a lot as a person.

Ranked players of NY beware. Should Bum start actively playing again and caring about winning, he could potentially snag that #1 spot again.

I watched the community grow and posted on GameFAQs a small bit. I mostly lurked, but I certainly knew about the community. My first tournament was a Melee tournament in '07. I didn't start the scene with Brawl.
