I might host a meet sometime during the week if you guys are interested. Will be nice to see some new faces in our scene.

You guys should check out the Boost and Thriller threads for tournament activity, Sydney is our closest tournament provider.

Edit: In fact I may be free tomorrow if you guys want to play a bit.

AWESOME MEET ANDREW!!!! i had much of the fun!!!!

@Andrew: I was quite impressed with that match we did on Battlefield where I went really well against you with Sheik in the final brackets. I do realise that you may have been distracted or something and weren't playing well... but I'll take anything! Otherwise, it was an honour being demolished by you! ^_^

@Tom: Man, Kirby is epic. Watching you win that tourney was awesome. And I learned something about Jigglypuff today that I wish I hadn't... >_>

@Melancoly: .............. I lost in losers brackets to you!!! WAAAHH!!! That aside, it was good seing how Game and Watch plays, and I was very impressed! Those were some good games against you!

Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Thats right Hunter Valley, I hosted one of these before Sydneys last major, OHN7, and im doing it again this time. Come and get some hardcore training before Thriller or just come and have some fun.

but soon im gettin my own place so we can play the **** out of ssbm all the time

only problem is my gamecube got wrecked in the flood...

also pawn is a horrible term, but not as horrible as pronoucing pwn as 'pawn/pone'

Maybe at 4am in Roy dittos when I was blind drunk, even then it was prob close :)

I probably won't be able to make anything this weekend :( :( :(

BUUUUT I will be looking to hit up some people for some smash on Thursdays from now on as I'm at uni only for a lecture that finishes at 11am and I'll be ****ed if I go home after that. I don't mind a train trip for it either :)

Well I'm at the uni from 8-11am on a thursday, so you'd be more than welcome to come to my place afterwards. Actually that would be pretty awesome :bee:
Probably not this thursday as it is my birthday and I think I'm going out to lunch or something. But definately in future, it will make being at uni at 8 in the morning more bearable :p
