Teams: Noon. Straight double elim bracket.

Singles: 3-4ish.

I am going to try to run pools to brackets if I get people who help. I want to do it a tad differently than SCC. I want to do 6 pools, take top 2, and 4 wild cards (so a 16 man bracket). Wild cards will be the top 4 out of all the pools who are not top 2 in their pool. This I think is favorable because people in "death pools" should still advance if they win the rest of their sets, and if there is a tie for 2nd, both people usually will get in.

Rules (These are SCC rules):

You will play a 2/3 SET in each match in your pool. Placing is determined first by the number of SETS you win. Then ties are broken in this order: Most games won, fewest games lost, head to head. Make sure to record if it was 2-0 or 2-1.

Singles randoms: The 6 neutrals.
Teams randoms: The 5 neutrals plus DK64 (no FoD).
Counterpicks are: Green Greens, Brinstar, Corneria, Jungle Japes, DK64 (for singles), Mute City (singles only), Rainbow Cruise, Poke Floats.

RANDOM RESET. It's really more like a random ban, because if it does come up again, you still don't play it. So it's a ban from the random select (your opponent can still counterpick this stage).

Stage ban: You also get a stage ban. YOU CAN NOT BAN A RANDOM STAGE.

Wobbling: Allowed.

1) Is it hard to find paking in that area? I think there is a lot by 3rd and San Fernando that's free, but I'm not sure. Can anyone confirm or suggest a place?
2) My controllers are in the mail at this moment (being shipped from my old residence) so I can't bring one of my own. Will that be a problem?
3) I can help out if you'd like, so let me know if you want that. =)

P. S. I ****ing **** at running tourneys. I'm pretty sure pools and a 16 man bracket today took shorter than a regular straight NCB double elim bracket. It wasn't all me though, much thanks to Zoap for helping out with everything.
