Wario is a good choice. I'd suggest looking at some vids of Malcolm's Wario.

Does that matter? If I remember correctly we recently ranked players regardless if they wanted to be ranked or not. Hell, Inui was the person who enforced this back when he was on the panel.

Thats also why he tried not to attend 2 tournies in our region so he couldn't get ranked. Since he knew he would get ranked otherwise.
