*sigh* I'm kinda upset at how everyone treated the random guy except Keitaro. That's not doing any good for helping the scene grow. I get you, but coming into a scene with a negative attitude doesn't help. He came in basically saying "NJ is cheap/bad because a lot of good people use MK and he's cheap. Also Diddy's nana's are cheap and I can win without them." Nothing against the new guy, but that's a really bad first impression.

For some reason most fighting communities are ignorant towards new ignorant people. The noobs are usually misguided. We all were once a noob before, we should know how he's thinking to an extent.
Yes, what he is saying sounds dumb towards us smash competitors, but we can at least guide him to the light instead of pooping on their face. They don't know any better.

Everyone were onced n00bs at this game or at w/e, doesn't matter, most of times they're laughed at or made fun of, I started like that and it felt terrible lol.
Most communities make fun of new ppl, I agree, even in tennis ppl would laugh at new people but w/e. I usually treat ppl nicely and I play ppl at everything no matter how bad they are as long as they try!

New players are allowed to be ignorant, and should be tolerated for that. However, parading around with an incredibly large ego and refusing to even be friendly to the established community is just asking to be shunned. You can't just come in and **** talk everyone, then expect a positive response.
