False. Only 3 people did. It does not have the support because of poor advertising, which is my fault.

Anyway, as of now I want to say a average of 20ish people are going. Not sure of an exact number, obviously. However, if you guys want to bring more people, please do so. We can easily turn it around for numbers.

Exactly. Like I said, it is my fault. I have been really busy with work and outside issue's non related to smash as of late. Have not been able to come on the boards at all pretty much to do anything productive. I mean I can advertise these last couple days, but it might not do much good. The amount of people that come ultimately ends up on you guys now.

@ Nakat: Its a mixture of connections and asking in order to get a thread stickied. Also the level of importance on it. Mods can also sticky their own threads.

Being stickied helps advertise easier since the moment someone goes to the thread its in they will see the thread at the top.

@ Cable: Cheap it up man, I plan on paying for Pound then heading over there with $50 bucks in my pocket.

That sucks, I'm glad I never had to take the ACTs. I had to take the SATs twice but feel asleep during both of them, my proctor did not bother to wake me up. :urg:

On another note, I got accepted today to Rutgers Newark.

I know a few people from NY that are most likely going to prototype :D (since i spoke to them this week). :bee:

Wtf! Quite lame indeed, but if it can't be helped then so be it. I doubt I'll be attending now, but if the right people go then I will. Smashfests are amazing when you actually enjoy the people there.

For all you guys who were attending, I REALLY don't want to cancel this tournament. I have a problem being mobile right now because of my back, so me moving around a lot isn't the best for me. I want to hold this still, but I need help, seriously.

Would you guys still want the tournament to happen? I need a bit of help with a few things. If I can knock out some issues with me moving around a lot, I can actually hold it still.

I'll actually be able to go to Prototype now, yaaaay. And I'll be driving there, as I'll have my permit by tomorrow. Yaaaaaaaaaay.

RJ, I'd still like the tournament to be held, but if you're not up for it and there's not enough help for it to run well, I'd rather it just be a smashfest. Poorly run tournaments aren't really enjoyable. =/ I'll help in anyway I can if you do end up running it.

Oh get ninja'd Deltacod.

People, post you're going to Riz's and if we get enough people we can change it back to a tournament.
