Does the 3D version still have the possibility of waiting until The End just dies of boredom?
Yes, the 3DS version does the same as the Snake Eater version. If you run out of stamina, then he appears behind you to finish you off, if you save and return a day later, he finishes you off, if you return a week later, he dies of old age. You can even take him out before the battle if you wanted to, but that would be lame.

However, I found out where he spawns in the beginning. After that, the battle is cakewalk with Thermal Goggles. Directional Mic and Sonar helps a lot whenever you lose him. Got both his rifle and camo during the fight.

I was ten away from having every puzzle completed, then I got a kid Icarus page via spot pass.

FFFFFUUUUUUUUUU
Augh, every time I get close to completing some puzzles I get new panels. That little trollbird gives the same pieces every time!

I love that puzzle swap stuff

So far I have SMG2, LoZ, Other M, and Mario and Bowser completed, and SM3DL done bar the pink pieces while I'm almost done with Kirby. Never got why Mario and bowser was named the way it was though it should be Mario, luigi, and bowser imo

My life has been ruined now. Especially since Madworld was somehow approved for the Wii and more mentally scarring games like Castlevania 64 and Resident Evil: Zero were approved for the N64 and GC respectively. Those games screwed my childhood over a lot more Binding of Isaac would. I don't even understand what the problem with approving it is if Ninty would allow a game like Castlevania 64 where the menu screen has a big picture of a pentagram. I also don't see why parents simply couldn't take charge of what children play and do research on the matter before letting their kids play it. There's a reason why these games get ratings and why there's parental controls on the 3DS to begin with. If parents aren't aware of what content are in video games, a simple Google search before buying the game for your son for a summary of the game would give ample enough information to make a somewhat informed decision. I have no idea why companies are charged with doing all the parenting for the consumer's children these days when it should be the parents doing all the parenting to begin with, but then I guess parents simply just can't stand taking blame for anything and pointing fingers at others instead

Literally 90% of the game is a homage to LoZ, except darker and grittier. I don't see why Ninty wouldn't allow them to put BoI up in their shop to begin with. It has the perfect setup for a handheld device where I can play a couple of floors and then leave to do something else when I'm given a task or something

It's the Puzzle Swap minigame that's part of Streetpass Mii Plaza. You can get pieces by streetpassing people or gambling playcoins.
Unfortunately somehow Ive never streetpassed anyone D:
I take my DS around town and even when I go to phoenix I take it with me to stores and busy places.
With all the 3DS sales I can't believe I've never passed someone.

I have all the old panels done but I still need pink pieces for pilot wings, OOT 3D, and now lots of pieces for Kid Icarus.

@brickbox
I haven't streetpassed anyone on the street in a while people just don't carry around their systems like they did a few months ago.

The DS doesn't have Streetpass :troll:

But on a serious note, I haven't gotten any streetpasses either, but that's because I don't carry it around with me :urg:

Honestly, I think it's a smart idea to have so many bundles for the 3DS. You save a bit of money on a game you want, and you generally get a cool looking 3DS.

Well, you have until March 31st to redeem it for 100 coins. (If you buy a 3DS and register it, then you'll have more than enough.) Other than that, it is only $3.99 normally.

Uber is correct. The game has religious themes that can likely prove to be very controversial, and the moral guardians would probably attack Nintendo instead of the game's actual developer.

Then what are the parental controls for then? Why put them in when they're not gonna even use them because every one of their games are E rated

And is Binding of Isaac really that much worse than the other games that they've put up in the past? I mean they allow Castlevania and Resident Evil games on their consoles, which I think is also A LOT worse than Binding of Isaac, so why not let this game up on their portable system?

Got Picross after looking at a few gameplay videos.
Surprisingly fun for being what it is.

I need more coins for next month :(

Ummm, because religion is a much touchier subject than vampires and zombies.

Not only that, but a lot of parents don't really know of parental controls because they do not set up the consoles themselves. (This is why we have little kids screaming in their mics playing CoD and Halo and whatnot.)

All parents know what their kids are playing is what they buy. (Game cartridges, etc.) If a kid downloaded Issac and their parents caught wind of it (especially if they ARE hardcore religious) then they would blame Nintendo first instead of the developer, because they trusted Nintendo to supply kid-friendly games on their eShop. (Especially since the fact that anyone can log into the eShop and set their age as 18 or older.) Not only that, but it is very common for parents to assume it is the console dev's fault.

Note: Not ALL parents are like this. Some are actually responsible and pay attention to what their kids play.

Got Picross after looking at a few gameplay videos.

Get Kid Icarus. And if you pre-order it, you'll get more coins for registering it early, plus you'll also earn survey coins for Kid Icarus 3D Classics.

When to my Gamestop to see if they had the CPP. Sold out
Yeah, Gamestop massively underestimated the demand. I think you can still order one directly from Nintendo's online store.

Awesome! Wayforward is becoming one of my favorite developers.

Well, GameStop only carries a handful of Circle Pad Pro's in their stores. If you want a better chance, you'll need to order it online. Or you can ask the employee on when they get their next shipment and be in that store as soon as possible on that day.

There are prizes worth more than 1000 coins so I don't think so...

Oh wow I misread that I thought for some reason he was talking about those coins you get on the 3DS for walking not the coins you get for rewards on club nintendo

Just got Dillion's Rolling Western, Sakura Samurai, and Pushmo. All are great games with plenty of challenge and addicting gameplay.

My only complaint so far is with Dillion's Western: Its control scheme is too focused for right handed players.

My problem with it is so much use of the touch screen.

Why I can't I just button mash A instead of repeatedly tapping.

Edit: Pushmo looks worth getting, but I dunno about Sakura Samurai. It looks weird
