Well it controls a lot like Metroid Hunters it seems, and that never had a stand haha. Really all you have to do it support it on your leg/knee depending on how you're sitting. Knee was always my option because screw hunching over.

I thought Hunters used the A, B, X, and Y buttons instead of the touch screen for aiming.

The demo that came with the original DS wasn't indicative of the game's actual control scheme.

Metroid Prime Hunters controlled using the stylus to aim, and D-Pad to move, and L to fire. Lefty controls were aiming with stylus, move with ABXY, and shoot with R.

Yes, there was analog controls for Hunters (using ABXY to aim) but they were highly in-superior to the stylus controls.

Kid Icarus will aim with the stylus, move with the Circle Pad and attack with the L button. The game is meant to be played with stylus controls.

For lefties, you need to invest $20 more for the Circle Pad Pro, since lefties will move with the 2nd analog stick and attack with R.

SO DO NOT GET THE CPP FOR KID ICARUS IF YOU ARE NOT A LEFT HANDED PLAYER.

Sakurai already stated that the game was too close to completion to add in analog controls. The CPP was added on to make the game more accessible to left handed players.

Also, that free AR card offer kicks in 6-8 weeks from now. Then you have to wait 1-2 weeks for it to ship to you. Ah, well, the free AR card bonus is just a little bonus. Never was too excited for those at all. Or the stand. Just give me the game along with my 3D Classics KI.

Word of advice then from a KI fanboy who just beat the original again the other day:

Don't speed run the first three or five levels, that way you can level/power up Pit as quickly as you can. Although you may want to buy some potions in order to keep Pit alive in level there (it's super long).

The difficulty stays constant throughout the game, so it becomes only as hard as you make it.

Maybe if it was one of the Genesis console Sonic games I could've considered getting it, but since Nintendo has this obsession of releasing just handheld games on their 3DS VC instead of real SNES games, or in this case Genesis games, then I don't really know if I'm gonna get it. I'd prefer to have Sonic 3& Knuckles on the go with rather than Sonic Triple Trouble which was on a handheld and ultimately is the inferior version of the game.

The Game Gear isn't the most well known system either...

@Fuebi: Technically they did come out with a Sonic (1-3, Knuckles) Collection for the DS a while back for around $20.

Triple Trouble isn't a port of Sonic 3 & Knuckles. It's a totally different game and features a third antagonist. That would be like calling Super Mario Land 2 a port/inferior version of Super Mario World because it retained some of the same features.

It's past the date that Rayman Origin's 3DS was suppose to be out on 3DS and it's not out...

I read that it was pushed back in Europe. I'm guessing it was pushed back in the US as well, and no one said anything.

I just realized I have enough Gamestop points to get a free copy of Pushmo! I never planned on using PowerUp Rewards for anything, so it's a nice turn of events.

I just went back to my old DS to play some GBA games. In comparison to my 3DS, it's rather quite large and box.

Ugg, I also just used the relocater on my Black Version in order to get Zoroark. I got all 3 event Pokemon, and it ended up only sending one of them over. Then when I went back to HG which I used to transfer them over, the other 2 event Pokemon were somehow deleted for no reason.

Heh, I have 80% of the event pokemon from Gen3 and up

I've taken a far too long break from Pokemon; Gen V was awesome but I logged 2000 hours in HGSS/Plat before it came out, so I burnt out.

I plan on using Pokegen to make competitive teams, but I plan to 100% (battle city and all) B/W2. I was going to replay the first one, but may aswell wait for the sequel.

Till then, i'm also delving back into the cards XD But that's way off topic as to why I posted here.

Anyone get far in ToB yet? I've never played it, but bought it cause it's getting harder to find. Once I platinum 13-2, it's next.

Quick question for you all.

I just bought a new 3DS, but have been playing on my brother's.

Is there a method of bringing specific data across (Such as all my MK7 info), or am I **** out of luck? I don't care to have any of the ambassador games he's got downloaded. I can always play on his 3DS, but I am irked that information isn't tied to the actual game.

You could always swap SD cards from his 3DS to yours. I also want to say it's possible to look at the files on a computer since I'm pretty sure you can stick SD cards to a computer. Just drag a copy of the save files onto the desktop then paste them in the new SD card

Or at least that's what I'd like to think you can do with it

There is also a Memory Transfer feature to the 3DS that can be found in the Settings. Maybe that would help.

You can't just swap SD cards. There's some sort of ID for each 3DS and the SD cards that go on them. I just tried. Doesn't work.

Also, the memory, or rather System transfer transfers EVERYTHING.

I guess I'm SOL, then. Bugger.

The only thing I'm worried about was the 3D classics Kid icarus.

If I really need to plat those games, I can ALWAYS go back and play on his.

You can redownload any games you buy/put in a code for even if you do a system transfer.
The data is saved on the actual game card because I did a transfer to get ambassador games and all my MK7 and OoT data was safe, as well as the data on the other DS, except the obvious stuff of course.

There's Kingdom Hearts 3D and Theaterrhythm Final Fantasy. The latter of which is confirmed to have paid DLC, which is a first for a 3DS game. I dunno about you guys, but I'm pretty excited for it. ^-^
