I don't really see that happening as it would be weird to hold a DLC character off for the release of a Super Edition unless he is only available to users of the Super Edition.

Tremorton's platforms have disappeared since the Hugh update, and Double Dare's bloom (shining effects) has been set to 100 since the Hugh update.

Until support definitively ends, this section will remain open.
Once it ends, I’ll lock all threads except this one. But only when support definitely ends.
For support to end, I will give it five months with no updates unless the devs outright say “this is the end”. In which case I’ll give more details then.

Have people forgotten that everyone uses "ultimate" in a way that doesn't actually mean "absolute final"? Even Nintendo of America did when they thought Smash Bros. Special should be called Ultimate instead.

That's not the final roster. Is only 29 characters (didn't they say there was gonna be 50 or something? Edit: 40) and doesn't have some characters we've seen such as Jimmy and Odie.

Also the trailer has Ultra Lord wheels and karts based on Jimmy's rocket and Goddard.
