I don’t think any Nintendo character is happening fighter pass, it would have to be a Nintendo character with characters associated with them that’s don’t already have spirits and don’t have spirited in smash.

Geoff Keighley said there were almost no leaks for unannounced stuff at TGA, so that probably means that every character and company that Vergeben and Sabi deconfirmed for FP5 were all un-deconfirmed.
Would he ever say that there was unannounced stuff leaked though?

I don't think so. While we got these disconfirmations, the actual character didn't leak. So both statements can be true at the same time.

That Commissioner Gordon comic excerpt has me down to a T.While we here at KC Comics are always working hard on the main Fatman storyline, it never hurts to take a break and laugh. To celebrate Smash Ultimate's anniversary and the recent events that transpired, we tripled the spirit points. Keep in mind, all of our deconfirmation gags are uncanon (and potentially outdated/inaccurate), and they are not affiliated with our Fatman main storyline. Well I don't agree with the "Guess Who!" character from Vergeben, Sabi, and other Smash insiders being FP5 because there is one source from Sabi that claims that he has the name of the "Guess Who!" character (which also had Terry's name), so it counts as a leak to me.
This seems quite skeptical to me. Perhaps Vergeben and Sabi are just playing safe to keep the hype down low. So they're autmatically telling in advance who it will not be to save the grace of the fans. Remember, the DLC was picked last year, so the insiders would know at this point, but for the sake of hype, they would choose not to tell it such that they could keep the surprise at a low leak percentage.
Hmmm, I don't quite understand. They're trying to keep us from being too hyped by giving us disconfirming highly anticipated picks, yet they want to surprise us? If it's a character people (probably) don't want, I don't think it's a surprise that people are interested in.
Unless Sabi's source comes out and gives us a name before the show, nothing substantial has actually been leaked by telling us who the character won't be.
Can't wait for Sabi or Vergeben to make a new statement and they are all de-un-deconfirmed.

That is absolutely not what Geoff meant. It's just that no one has leaked the final character, which is something we already knew because that's why we've had to go through this guessing game. The list of people who know fighter 5 is so short that if it leaked they'd be able to find out immediately who did it, basically.
