You know, technically, in the Pokemon world, Mewtwo could easily defeat Lucario. Just saying.

But you wanna know something? If anything of Mewtwo's should be tweaked for the better, it's the AI itself. In my experience, whenever Mewtwo fought, it was downright awful. Here's what I've noticed:

1) I've always had to set Mewtwo's CPU level to 9. Any level other than that, and he won't even throw a punch. At lvl 9, he at least fought back.
2) While fighting, Mewtwo relied too much on his aerial moves, especially his downward air attack. He'd miss the timing in most cases.
3) Mewtwo NEVER used smash attacks.
4) Mewtwo rarely used his special attacks. I'd see him use "Counter," his side special, on occasion. And he'd use his "Teleport" recovery. But "Disable" and "Shadow Ball" were hardly ever used.

In regards to his moveset, I'm actually fine with it. Add whatever his Final Smash could've been, and it's complete. But SERIOUSLY!! Up his AI level!! Do that, and Mewtwo is more than ready.

Well in the Pokemon World, Mewtwo could defeat Lucario but in the games Mewtwo can be OHKO'd by an Adamant Choice Banded Scizor's Bullet Punch or X-Scissor :p

if the Lucario used agility prior he might be able to one shot mewtwo with Dark pulse... but IDK. everyone knows mewtwo was given god stats in pokemon. the point isn't to make everything canonical because then most game matchups would be dumb and stupidly one sided. like... ganon vs. yoshi... really now?

also mewtwo's smashes in melee are horrible. his tilts are good, his grab is good, and his aerials are decent.

Well I might as well post this again, not much else to do right now. Although I think I'll regret it looking at the topic right now. :ohwell:

Attributes: Mewtwo has received many major buffs in his attributes. His weight now has been increased by 10, making him the same as the Mother characters and Pit (20th-22nd). His running speed has also been increased to roughly around Pit's (14th). He still, however, retanes his walking and Air Speed from Melee.

PlayStyle:Overall Mewtwo hasn't changed all too much in his gameplay style from Melee; as he still relies heavily on mind games. His Confusion move (now called Psychic) is now a regular reflector as now reflected projectiles do damage to opponents, and also it now can trip up-close opponents, thus taking over the job of Melee's Disable. Of which, has been replaced by his new move, Gravity, which heavily contributes to his mind games. In addition, he's also received much less laggy standard moves and Smashes with higher kill potentials threw the use of his signature Spoon. All while gaining the ability to now hover mid-air similar to Peach. However, despite these new additions, Mewtwo is still a very floaty character and still is a big target, meaning he's still relatively easy to kill.

Entrance - Teleports onto the stage.

Neutral Special - Shadow Ball - Same as it was in Melee. Does 25% when fully charged.

Side Special - Psychic - Similar to Melee's Confusion, it now can reflect damaging projectiles and trip opponents, it can also still pull opponents through small platforms. However, the hit box has been decreased to the size of his AAA. Does 7%.

Down Special - Gravity - Only works on the stage. Mewtwo raises his hands up then down, pulling a directly air born opponent back down to the ground similar to the end of Zamus's U-Special. It does put the opponent in a stun state that increases the higher they were in the air. It's range is about 4/5's the size and hitbox of Zamus's U-Special.

Up Special - Teleport - Same as it was in Melee. Still has the most lag when done into the ground.

Final Smash - Psystrike - Mewtwo's signature move. He does his grab animation and traps the captured opponent midair in a 45 degree angle. Mewtwo materializes his spoon away from him and sends it flying through the helpless opponent, catching it in his hand. If done in the air, Mewtwo is left in a helpless state when done. The trapped opponent can be attack by other opponents while being trapped. Has knockback like Great Aether and it does 45%.

AAA - Same as Melee version, can be held down. Does 2% now.
Forward Tilt - Tail Whip - Same as Melee version, can still be sweet spotted. Does 5%.
Up Tilt - Psycho Cut - Summons his spoon and does a similar animation to Ike's U-Air. Has good enough knockback to make it a kill move but due to slight ending lag it's not as safe as it seems. Does 12%.
D-Tilt - Tail Whip - Same as Melee version. Does 6%
Dash Attack - Psycho Cut - Summons the spoon and does the same attack with it as a he did with a battering item in Melee. Does 15% if all hits connect.

Forward Smash - Psycho Cut - Summons his Spoon for a downward slash similar to when he held a battering item. Has good enough knockback to make it a somewhat reliable kill move. Does 14% uncharged. 21% Charged.
Up Smash - Same as Melee version. Does 15% uncharged and 20% Charged (if all hits connect).
Down Smash - Psycho Cut - Summons his Spoon for a basic downward slash, after the first hit the spoon then extends backwards 90 degrees for a second hit. Has major lag during the spoon extension time making not a very safe kill move. Does 12% uncharged and 16% charged for each hit.

Neutral Air - Discharge - Same as Melee version. Does 3-20% depending on the number of hits.
Forward Air - Psycho Cut - Same as Melee version but now uses the spoon for a slash resulting in a larger hitbox and range. Is much safer now it make it a new kill move. Now does 12%.
Up Air - Tail Whip - Same as Melee version. Can still be sweet spotted. Does 6%, 14% when sweet spotted.
Back Air - Psycho Cut - Summons the spoon and without turning around stabs the opponent. Similar to his original, has a smaller hitbox, nor can it be sweet spotted, but has overall higher knockback making it into a new kill move at high percents. Does 10%
Down Air - Stomp - Same as Melee version. Can Meteor Smash but it is still very unsafe. Does 7%, 14% when sweet spotted.

Pummel - Same as Melee version. Does 3%
Forward Throw - Whirlwind - Throws the opponent and sends them flying with a gust of wind. The gust may also blow other opponents as well. Does 10%.
Back Throw - Summons his spoon and without turning around stabs the opponent in the back. Causes the opponent to fall into a helpless on the ground state (like Snake's F-Throw). Does 12%
Down Throw - Tail Whip - Same as Melee version. Does 11%.
Up Throw - Whirlwind - Same as Melee version. Does 12%.

Other - Fly - Means Mewtwo can use his 2nd jump just like Peach's.

Taunts:
1. Same as Melee
2. Summons his Spoon and poses
3. Raises his feet of the ground by hovering.

Costumes:
Green - Shiny
Pink - Mew
Blue
Red/Orange
Black
Armored (as requested by Omega :p)

Codec:
Otacon: Snake that's! Buzzzzzz......
Snake: Otacon! Otacon? What's going on?
Mewtwo: ... Snake, I can fully comprehend your current state of mind. For a long time, I too have been trying to find the very same answer.
Snake: Wait! You're...
Mewtwo: Indeed. I am Mewtwo. We have a lot in common you and I.
Snake: ...
Mewtwo: Right now I feel privileged to fight someone like myself. Don't disappoint me...
Snake: ...
Otacon: Buzzzz. Watch out Snake, It's!
Snake: I already know. Snake out.
Otacon: Snake wait! Snake? What just happened!?

Picture and Video examples of New Moves:
Forward and Up Throws
Up Tilt and Forward Smash
Side Special

Armored Mewtwo

What Dark Pulse on Lucario is terrible... unless your trying to run a mixed sweeper set Crunch is way better. Anyway if Mewtwo gets in he should have a revamped moveset and a nice buff.

King Dedede's Quest

-It shows King De3's outside-castle walls, where we see King De3 walking to the front entrance.
-Bouncer Phan-Phan blocks the entrance, letting only those permitted inside the castle to pass.
-King De3 stands straight and tall, looking noble.
-Phan-Phan looks at him, and nods.
-King De3 then enters his castle.
-Skips to him sitting on his thrown, when suddenly, a loud screech interrupts everyone.
-King De3 looks around, covering his ears, and then looks behiund him, seeing his castle wall break down.
-Dodongo pops up from the rubble, and casts his baby minions to attack everyone.
-King Dedede grabs his hammer, and spins it in his hands, laughing, then stricks the end of it on the ground.
-Play as King De3 and endure a 2 1/2 minute melee against the baby Dodongos.
-King De3 wipes his face, then enters the castle hole, going inside the dining hall, to find even MORE Dodongo babies! But these ones are a little older, meaning stronger.
-Outside, Young Link sees all of the Dodongos entering King De3's palace, and he rushes in to help.
-Play as King De3 and defeat the older Dodongos, enduring 1 1/2 minutes of pure onslaughts of these speedy demons.
-King De3 gets tired, then accidently drops his hammer, and at the wrong time. An older Dodongo strikes from above.
-But then, a fire arrow pierces it, making it miss body slamming De3.
-The King looks at the hole in which he entered, and sees Young Link, with a smile.
-Play as King De3 (1st), and Young Link (2nd), and go through The Castle Interior, facing Dodongos and some moblins.
-The two get to the other side, finding the mother Dodongo.
-King De3 notices that she's completly emptied his larder, and he gets super mad.
-Young Link gets nervous about it backing up a couple of steps.
-King De3 Hammer then mechanises, and then he slams the floor, breaking 5 foot wide of floor around him.
-Young Link brings out his sword and puffs out his chest.
-Dodongo roars, and strikes.
-BOSS BATTLE! VS DODONGO!
-The beast breaks through the castle wall, falling from the edge of the hill that has the castle lying on it.
-King De3 and Young Link shake hands, and then King De3 notices his castle.
-With vocals, he says, "NO!!!"
-credits..?

Normal or Harder

-King De3 and Young Link shake hands, for a job well done.
-But then, Ganondorf comes into the scene, with a bigger, Mechanical Dodongo.
-He frowns, and points his finger at the other two, sending the strange Dodongo to attack.
-King De3 and Young Link point back, then wag their fingers at the beast, which provokes battle.
-BOSS BATTLE ULTRA! VS DADANGA!
The mecha beast backs up, not winning, but then falls on Ganondorf, while Ganondorf, with huge eyes, yells, "No, wait!" Automatically KOing Ganondorf, King De3 sees this as an opportunity.
-The screen fades to black, and then says, "Some weeks later..."
-It shows the old foe, Dadanga, acting as bouncer, while Ganondorf, not trophified, is locked in a sturdy cell for destruction of property.
-Young Link walks into the cell room, and sees Ganondorf.
-Young Link looks at him, sticks his tounge out at him, then, with a stride, walks off.
-Ganondorf's face turns ultra mad, and he shakes the cell, shouting and yelling, as the cell room door is slammed shut.
-King De3, with an apple in hand, devours the entire thing whole. But then notices Young Link about to leave.
-The nice King gets his attention, and throws him a bottle of Lon Lon Milk.
-Young Link catches it, and then smiles, and thanks him while leaving.
-King De3 smiles, but then in the background, purple mist comes from the cell doors...
-Credits!

Pretty awesome combo with Dodonga and King De3, eh? (Story mode Idea.)

mewtwo doesn't need to be buffed much if at all. it's balanced for casual play so the tier list means nothing to the devs...

and dark pulse is roughly as good as crunch... lucario's sp. attack IS higher than his attack ;D. I actually like choice specs lucario anyways since he's not really fast enough to sweep in gen 5. shadow tag chandelure really sucks if I try to use aurasphere or vaccum wave at all...

Nice ideas asage! I think it would be a bit more interesting though if you incorporated some more characters besides Young Link I mean you have like 40 characters to choose from.

Yes I'm aware :p I'm just use to running a physical set. And yes I hate Shadow Tag Chandelure, I do love using Excadrill though and Darmanitan that things a tank.

I was going to use Ness. In fact, I'll probably change it up a bit, and get Ness involved. I agree with u.

I usually run a choice specs set. even though chandelure will just trap me when I use aurasphere and get to +6... thankfully I have a scarfed tyranitar on my team as well.

So when is Omega leaving? I take it never.

i know sakurai needs to come visit swf for once
No way. I would be embarressed at some of the stuff people suggest.

@Steam, can you give me your prediction list for newcomers. Most of the time you only show up when Lucario and Mewtwo are uttered at the same time. I don't recall who you think will make the cut?

It's alright, Meta Knight should be with Mewtwo and Ness and Issac should be together.

I wanna avoid Issac, unless u can get me a biography about him. I know he's from Golden sun, but that's it.

@Steam: I wanna avoid those kinds of obvious team-ups.

Ness's Quest

-It shows an Eagle-Eyes view of New Pork City.
-Ness, hiding in a Porky-Hot Ballon, comes out, and lands on a one of the skyscrapers.
-He then sees Porky, acting oh so clever.
-His expression turns sour, and he jumps off the sky scraper.
-Play as Ness and go through New Pork City's Left-To-Central, facing off baddies from the earthbound series.
-Ness makes it to New Pork Central, only to be attacked by a giant Spider (refrenced to Skyward Sword)
-It almost kills Ness, when a giant Psynergy power, called Hand, pushes the Spider away.
-Issac, with sword in hand, and other hand foward, lowers his hand, and nods to Ness.
-Ness nods, and gets up, finger sparking a little bit.
-BOSS BATTLE! VS GIANT SPIDER!
-After defeating it, Ness and Issac decide to travel together, to confront Porky, and with Issac's flash back, another enemy: Shadow the Hedgehog.
-Play as Ness (1st) and Issac (2nd) and go through New Pork Central, facing enemies from earthbound, along with new enemies, Shadorgs, Shadow cloned robots made by Porky.
-The two reach the manor where Porky was suppose to be, but only find Shadow, crossed arms, scratched up a tiny bit.
-He obviously turned tail on Porky and defeated him, as a car drives away, with Porky beaten up inside.
-He looks over his shoulder, towards Issac, and his expression tightens with rage.
-Shadow turns around but then uses Chaos Control, then teleports.
-Issac looks around, but doesn't see him in sight.
-Ness looks upwards, and gasps, but then the screen darkens til black.
-Credits..?

Normal or Harder...

-Ness looks upwards, and gasps, to find Shadow Lugia flying above! Shadow stands on it's head, requesting battle from Issac.
-Player chooses Boss Fight.
-Ness VS Shadow Lugia:
-BOSS BATTLE ULTRA! VS SHADOW LUGIA!
-The beast falls down, crashing into the side of the building. Ness clenches his fist, and then jumps for joy.
-He then looks over at Issac, downed, and Shadow leaving with Chaos Control.
-Issac, trophified, was then released by Ness.
-Issac, on his knees, clenched both fists, then pounded the ground.
-Ness wonders why he's in this grudful feud with Shadow, as he looks up again, only to stare at the moon.

OR

-Issac VS Shadow
-BOSS BATTLE ULTRA! VS SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG!
-Tired, Issac stagging, approaches Shadow, but Shadow then ceases the moment.
-Shadow grabs Issac as soon as Issac loses his energy for battle, and then he raises him from the ground.
-Shadow smirks, then uses Chaos Spear, going straight through Issac, defeating him.
-Ness looks over at Issac, downed, and Shadow leaving with Chaos Control.
-Issac, trophified, was then released by Ness.
-Issac, on his knees, clenched both fists, then pounded the ground.
-Ness wonders why he's in this grudful feud with Shadow, as he looks up again, only to stare at the moon.
-Credits!

This is really sucky, I think... I don't know ethier series well enough to script them.

what is everyone expecting from Subspace Emissary 2?
A decent improvement in actual Nintendo characters and perhaps levels, but otherwise, my expectation basically comes down to "SSE 2: The Revenge of Tabuu". :ohwell:

I don't know if you guys care about this but if I was able to redo the rosters for SSB,SSBM, and SSBB... I'd make them like this.

Remember than in SSB64 Sakurai wanted to add more characters, but couldn't due to space issues. So adding anything more than the original number of 12 characters is too much.

I'll post my edited versions of the Melee and Brawl rosters eventually (I would keep SSB64's the same).

So when is Omega leaving? I take it never.
TBH, I can't believe much that Omega says anymore when he continues to post here and yet never "finishes" his scripts or rosters

BTW, much thanks for making the Flowstone Cave video, SSBFan. I noticed it on Youtube. ;)

I made a couple more ideas. I added third parties for plans towards series gambling. Here they are:

Samus and Mega Man Volnutt
Mario and Ryu

Only two so far, but I'll be working for more to be done.
I still didn't get a response from my Tetra Moveset I posted this afternoon T_T
