IMO It's not over with.
I think Killerbee and Raikage will somehow start a new arc and bring Sasuke back into the story, and eventually lead up to Sasuke vs Naruto, and Someone vs Madara

Sorry, but Hidan is really, REALLY dead by now. Since he hasn't had the opportunity to kill anyone, his immortality has surely worn off.
