The voices told him to quit smash B(

j/k. Dr.Brawl pretty much summed up my thoughts on this. Good luck with life and maybe we'll meet at some eventual tourney.

It saddens me to know we'll never team up and form "Chu England," but I'm glad to hear you're making this decision on your own terms :)

If I was in MD/VA, I'd be all over that graduation party. Maybe I should make the trek down from Maine anyways...

Thus the older generation starts to pass the torch on!

Yo, I might be able to make that party......rockband is too good....I would love to stay and drink but work the next morning.

Good luck Chu!

I appreciated the tips and also learned a lot from playing friendlies with you.

I'm sure you'll be successful at whatever you pursue.

:urg: "Grow up", I'm sure most of us have heard that from someone in some way or form... It's unfortunate that playing video games at a certain age is looked down upon. Still, once you started building your life, I'm sure you can come back and play some more, even if it is for casuals. I'm sure the community will welcome you with wide open arms. You'll be one Kirby that'll be imitated but not duplicated. As is the way of the Kirbys - one Kirby cannot copy another.

You're "YA YUHHHHHHZZZZ" will forever echo through thes forums. Good luck with everything dude, peace.

You may be leaving for now Chu, but you BETTER come back. I still have to beat you once in a set before you go, not just taking off games.

Thanks for all the MU help and wise words.

I always thought I could play you when I was ready, I've been too scared to play you :<

Well, congratulations on graduating and good luck with the rest of your life!

Come back once in a while D:

It really is sad to see you go man, I demand that you at least make appearances from time to time. Was looking forward to seeing you in action at the Melee Legends crew battle at Cataclysm 5 but your situation is more than understandable. Best of luck in life chu.

Well... everyone retires eventually. Glad I played you before you did, it woulda sucked to miss out on playing you. Just be like the Hulk and make guest appearances every once in awhile if you don't get time to really come back in the future.

Chu, you should come back. And when you do, come back to the IC's, haha.

But seriously, good luck in everything that you do and hopefully we'll see you around.

I'm getting a Brett Favre vibe =P

But if you are actually retiring, good luck in your future endeavors. You've done a lot for these games, and you were one of the first Melee pros I saw videos of.

Hopefully you can make some special appearances at some of the huge tourneys (Pound 5? Apex 2010?). I'd like to play you at least once in my life lol.

Sad to see you go. You were always someone I used to look up to for using ice climbers in melee, hell my Brawl sopo is based alot on your Melee sopo. Oh well, I guess its plenty understandable. Please show up to Apex at least, there's gonna be alot of people.

Also, have a nice graduation party!

We're "freaking out", at least what I think, is because Chu was one of the most respected Melee players to still remain with with Smash Bros. If you haven't noticed there aren't many. Also, he's kinda... normal? Unlike M2K who is like "I will calculate everything and use the single best character in the game." XD

Anyway, I probably can see Chu coming back to the game (I hope! ><)

Best of luck ChuDat for the future and your job. Thanks for inspiring me for as long as I can remember and giving me someone to respect and look up to.
