From what I can tell there are 3. There's dr.whoof. Then there's a younger pony that looks like dr.whoof but is a pegasus. He has a young boy's voice as opposed to dr.whoof's man voice. Then there is her. I didn't know her name was colgate. Such an awesome name.

Ok I should've reworded it a bit better since I'm sure I ment in Ponyville. Cause in the case of all over Equestria as of now yes there was that younger pegasus with a hourglass mark and you also forgot there was an earth pony in Applelosa that also had an hourglass cutie mark. So that should make 4 timelords in all.

Earlier today I found out that Colgate had an hourglass cutie mark, which you can see it in post #2889. This led to counting how many ponies in the show are time lords.
