She's wondering what happened, where did it all go wrong?
After years of no answers, using Parties as A substitute for happiness, becoming friends with any random pony to feel better about herself, she gave in to the demons after waking up one morning to find them crowded around her bedside.
That is when they attacked her, taking turns as they phase through her body until they're all settled in.
As she lays on the ground writhing in pain, she slowly loses control of Life. Being possesed by the hundreds of demons tainting her, everything turning blood red. Pinkie is now no more, she is merely A shell of her former self.
With A Smoking orb of nothing forming above her head, thousands of starving byrds escape from it.
As her friends come to visit Pinkie, they only catch A glimpse of her beautiful radiance before they're incinerated, Then as tears of bubbling blood flows down her eyes, her dark work begins on ponyville. And with one of her new gaping maws forming from the demons, she shall sing the song that ends Equestria.

I liked the first 10 seconds or so. After that, it got lame and at 1:20 it was just terrible.

See imagery doesnt really get at me. It's the wordplay that creeps me out. My imagination is far stronger than any image. My own brain is the only thing is the world that has the knowledge and ability to craft my perfect nightmare, and it attempts it with all its might
