As much as I would love to agree with this, only when she uses a different dress as done in Season 1, and especially showcased in Sweet and Elite. I don't want to lose focus on Rarity's iconic twirling bouncy mane that Spike apparently adores. But I do expect more dress-to-manestyle combinations in future episodes.
