Yeah dude...you can't just start round 2 without everyone's finishing the first round.
The deadline was over a week, I don't think is neccessary to extend it more.
Unless you want your tourney to move as slow as possible.

Round 1 deadline is tonight at 12 Pacific Time. I just started making round 2 brackets, the winners can start their round 2 match now if they want. I shall just flip coins once the deadline pass. 1 week is long enough for round 1.
