The fox boards said they can out camp Snake, because if he crouches they can just call stalling.

Can't Snake move towards the fox with the crouch?
and I'm pretty sure like.... taking 8% to go approach your opponent as Snake isn't. that. bad. It's Snake. Especially since it has no knockback whatsoever.
They really don't have a reason to just sit there and crouch those lasers waiting for the fox to approach. So technically, it's stalling.

Short answer: No.

If a FEAR rattata comes out, can't you just swords dance like 100 times, until you can 1HKO anything, and endevour is useless?

Wait, is endevour based on % of health, or # of health? If it is #, then I understand.. but eh.

This is the main reason why its not that great.
Now if its a level 100 Smeargle there can be something like it that can be a surprise because you can't know the moveset of a Smeargle.

No it's not a fail understanding of stalling at all.
You're just sitting there. wasting time by not approaching simply because lasers are being shot even when you have the ability to approach.
Just like how sitting there on the ledge waiting for the Falco to come approach you without taking any action at all except drop + regrab ledge wastes time.
It's doing the EXACT same thing, except it's ******** to just sit there and crouch a Fox's lasers, and not move from there. What's the point? you're wasting time. especially if you sit there for atleast 30-45 seconds expecting it to stop.

You have no reason as Snake to just sit there with 0% because you're getting camped by Fox's Lasers. Especially since that if you move forward with the crouch, it stops them, OR, you can go attack them and get more damage in than they did with their non-knockback 1% lasers anyways.
I don't understand why that's a no as to not stalling. Just approach, it's not that hard. Christ.

True, but to look at it from the viewpoint of the Fox, he could approach, but instead he is holding the enemy back, so why should the Snake be the one that is considered stalling? If the Fox would stop he could easily approach.
ShadW's opinion: Its not stalling by either party in the given situation.

Camping =/= stalling In this situation.
Fox's lasers aren't so bad that you should just be lieing in a spot for 30-45 seconds, that in itself is stalling.

You're still stalling. Crawl over to his face. There, you've stopped his lasers. If the fox continues lasering like an idiot they deserve the Ftilt/grab/dtilt/utilt/whatever.

How would you all feel about me setting up a youtube channel, specifically for Matches at these Tennessee tournaments? Of course anybody else with a recording setup will be given the account info to upload matches there as well(lookin at chuu Milln)

With no MK, that is less of a problem IMO, shuttle loop is the only thing I have seen break that stage.
