its swedish spam arrows.
lol.

anyway mangos fox having success doesn't have that much to do with the character being op, and just like with his falco (except for the ditto) he plays his matchups very unoptimized.

him doing well is more a case of him mindgaming peoples habits and reading people than actually beating them by exploiting his character as much as possible... just compare hbox and mangos puff lol

mangos fox isn't bad at all, but its a bad representation for what fox position in the metagame is

my point exactly leffen...how do you know I didn't do it intentionally though? ;)

@ Zoler I don't think you've played vs Mango for hours on end, so I guess you don't know ANYTHING about the real Mango. LOL

do you now see the size of the crater in your logic/approach to this argument?

booooo at tech chasing

Shake > land on feet > no tech chase

:awesome:

It's not like Sheik's the only character that's more boring in PAL lol

That might have more to do with your players though than anything else

KK is awesome. How many other people have puppetmon avatars?

It's too bad the Ganon-Sheik matchup is completely in Ganon's favor.

KK is like, THE BEST poster on this site pretty much, as far as game knowledge and the ability to explain tactics/matchups in simplistic terms.

in other words, very high level players can learn from him, and even noobs can understand what he's saying.

I think every character has infinite potential. That's why tas vids are funny. But arguing matchups with what we think optimal play should look like is somewhat useless to me, but idk...

I think you're right because..

1. You can't force someone to play in a way some random dude thinks a match-up should be played.
2. Everyone has their own ways to view a match-up.
3. You are conditioned to play a certain way because of your region.
4. It's extremely hard to adapt to your opponent because there's no time to be creative in a tournament match, you have to play in a way you learned how to play.
5. Also about adaptating, like I said before, there's only a handful of players who are able to change in a tournament match, like PP, Mango, Armada imo. I mean the end goal should be to have no weakness and be unpredictable, but that's really hard.. Though obviously that's not an excuse to not try this. =P

once again merry xmas to all...etc.

now, If every match-up was as cut and dry and could be simply played one way then tournaments would be over so fast. 2 people pick a character and (blind most likely). Whoever gets the better character first wins the set....:troll:

I mostly think I'm right because everything has a counter. If you go in with one mindset to how a matchup has to work, it can be exploited, I believe.

Until Sheik comes and saves us :troll:.
Based on my personal experience, the Ganon-Sheik matchup is 99-1 in Ganon's favor. This may or may not have something to do with the people I play against.

Kage, I thought Nintendo said they cut him out of the game? I only just got to the second dungeon, though, so I could be wrong about that. Unless you're actually Ghirahim. You traitor.

Marth against Sheik, both aren't overly powerful compared to one another and both have great combos
