Slik brings up a good point and one that I would never have thought of. Did you guys look at the results for the last MD/VA and MA tournaments? Top 12 at MD/VA had 4 Snakes, 4 Meta Knights, Azen, 2 ROBs, and a Wolf. At the MA one, top 8 was 7 Snakes and a Metaknight. Something makes me doubt Ganondorf being chaingrabbable across Mario Circuit if it's unbanned is going to break the metagame.

It's really not that difficult to get around D3's cg. The simplest solution is adapt and pick a character who can't get cg'd as a backup. And it's possible to avoid getting grabbed in the first place. Just play smart: space your moves better or camp.

I have a Very hard time with DDD, He counters me so I wont expect to get very far if I have to face one. And that chain grab is a pain. So what I try to do is space myself while Float and not touch the ground much when close to avoid the CG. Match does take a while but I try to avoid a grab at all cost.

Well it's only bad if your recovery can be gimped if you get hit off the stage. peach doesn't get gimped easily does she? >.> But yeah if your char can get cg'd you just have to keep your cool and play patient and punish d3's mistakes.

I have been gimped plenty of times and her recovery leaves her too open for it and not much I can do about it. Its Hard as hell to win with Peach. I'd kill myself if I make top ten at this with all the characters that give her a hard as time at this tourny. But I dont see that happening so I'm safe.

We're banning the CG as an infinite against the characters who get *****. Like bowser, or luigi. You just grab and grab and grab. NO moving involved. THIS is banned. The ICs ones aren't, because you have to work for them.

Marth's infinite on the PKs is banned also.

We're allowing CGs against walls because if you go down there, you're an ***. too bad. If a d3 counters cornaria, you'd better be someone who has projectiles.
