1) $7 - Base Fee to have Access to the Venue and play all the games CASUALLY that will be there and Access to the Computers in the Venue All Day!

Notes about Brawl Registration:


* You must be registered for brawl doubles by 12 noon. If you are lost/looking for parking, you are to call Vayseth or Devildigimon and inform them that you will be a little late so we can fill you in.

* You must be registered for brawl singles pools by 2 pm. If you come in after 2 pm you may be filled in a pool at the TO's discretion. Any later than 3 pm is not permitted.

* Pools will have the exact same rules as singles only it will be 2 stock 6 minute matches.

* Top 8 from the circuit seeding will get 1st seeds automatically and WILL NOT play pools.

* If someone with a 1st seed is not present, they will be replaced by the person who had the best record out of all of the pools. If there is more than one, a short playoff match will be held to determine who gets the 1st seed.

* Brawl Singles bracket will start shortly after pools. It will be limited to top 32 no matter how many enter.

Accel 2 rules where copied from Shishirendan, which is regarded as the authority for the Playstation Naruto games.

And since two of New York's top Accel 2 and Storm players are showing up, Rockman been one of them, I just put the rules they told me where the tourney legal ones. =p

Well i'm not gonna argue the matter. I do believe it's kinda lame to ban characters. They have no infinite unless you lost all your chakra (then EVERY character has an infinite).

Khepri, Melee is on the line up but I have not updated the line up yet for the tournament.

I was working on the schedule for the tournament, so I forgot to update it. I will post the full schedule and what games and where in the venue they will be designated to, later tonight.

The venue is been remodeled as we speak and should be done by February 15 with more room, more TVs, more tables, more chairs, more sofas and a couple projector screens as well.

I will keep you guys updated on that.

As far as the tournament line up goes. I will post the Feature Tournaments, Side Tournaments, and Possible Side Tournaments if interest is shown. We will have more stuff to run, but like last time, everything should be able to run nice especially now that we are getting more TVs from the Venue and hopefully people that show up to the event can bring set-ups. There will be a new Venue Fee and I am going to work out a deal with the Venue to find out if I can lower it. ^_^

The Tournaments with a (Full Set-Ups) quotations, will only run if we get Full Set-Ups for them, that means a TV, System, and Game for that individual Tournament.

So I will encourage you guys to bring Set-ups If you want to run one of those Potential Side Tournaments.

We have the room for them so we only need the set-ups.

I added the Tournament Schedule and the Explanation on how the Brawl Singles Tournament will be run from now on.

I will guarantee than reguardless of how many new setups Screens has ready for this tourney, the melee community will do what they have to to make sure we can support ourselves. We don't enjoy having to use other people's setups, and would rather be a welcome part of this tournament. I know that Kels can probably bring a setup, and so can Cyko. If i can manage a ride here, i'll be bringing one as well. I would love for this to inspire a bigger tournout, as it increased a LOT from the first one.

For Melee people: I'd like to do something similar to last time, but with four smaller pools instead of... well what we managed last time. I want to keep a tally on who can bring setups or even just TVs, since bringing a cube is not a problem for anyody.

I will not be running melee this time as it conflicts with a large melee tourney in purdue. Sorry all who are looking forward to it.

Also, Dark Kakashi, how are the table situations looking? I know last time, had someone brought more setups, there wasn't enough room to put them all (aside from floor space). If I can secure some kind of ride, i know i can bring one portable table. Will this help at all? Also, it's it's all the same to the other tourneys, i'd like to start Melee around at least 1pm. If we're going to have our own corner like last time, this shouldn't be a problem, but if it is, please let me know.

Zjiin, You guys will have your own section, I am taking at least one or to of my white tables that I use for my house gatherings and take them to the venue before the tournament, if they still need tables.

I am going to try and have as much tables as possible to have everyone who brought a set-up be able to place one in some place to help run a tournament.

If you Melee guys want to start at 1PM and you will have a dedicated spot in the venue for Melee, I have no problem with that. I will fix that in the schedule. I am letting you guys do what you think is best, since Melee did go up in attendance from last time and I see no reason to ignore the Melee community if they are willing to show up and support the event.

Also, most likely I'll be there...Brawl Singles + Doubles.

I can bring a Wii+Brawl...though I'm not sure on a TV just yet...

And you might want to put that nice, magenta, enormous text into the OP just to make sure everyone sees it and knows to bring setups. Just a suggestion.

Also with that, a list of people confirmed bringing setups. It might be useful.

Anyway.... I will update the stuff today and I am going to look at the new set of Trophies today and take pictures of them when they are done. ^_^

Panda, that is fine. We might have enough TVs to go around if the venue does get the extra TVs they said they will, but We will need the set-up for TvC to run it. Hopefully the February tournament is not that cold and the SRK guys won't back out cause of the cold weather. Cause I believe it was 6 degrees on Saturday and we still manage to get over 100 people at the event. XD

I knew this date looked familiar. Sorry DK but I won't be here to help with melée due to this large melée event I already committed to, as well as a lot of the possible attendees. If there is still enough interest for melée here, I'm sure someone else can run it but the majority is going to JAB1. I'll be back for the next one, def.

That is fine guys. In the sight of these new events, Melee will of course still be there but once again will only run if there are Full Set-Ups. I am not sure how many will show up, considering there is a tournament in Indiana already for Melee. I knew about this and I was still in shock everyone was deciding to go, then I read that people realized about the dates. lol

I am running Soul Calibur 4 now that I have room for it. Soul Calibur 4 will be on PS 3 System and will run at a Start time of 12PM. Since no other PS3 game is been played until 5PM, Street Fighter 4, I feel is a nice way to squeeze in Soul Calibur 4 and see if the Soul Calibur Community can show up for this. ^_^
