Also interesting:

• Axew, Garchomp, Dragonite, and Hydreigon appear on the elite 4 stage in the dragon room! Other Pokemon in other rooms have gatta make appearances too! Like Aeigislash and Scizor in the steel room and Pyroar and Torkoal in the fire room maybe! Are they hazards or just there to look pretty?
• Looks like Meta Knight has Final Smash eyes this time! And in the background the display is...displaying the word "chance". I think we've seen this before and it just happens when someone has the final smash.
• Meta Knight's neutral special, the tornado thing that was really good, remains to be seen. Has it gotten a similar change to his up special?
• I don't think Bandana Dee is a character in this game, but... a direct should be soon... Ike was shown before Robin's trailer, all the Mario characters were shown before Rosalina's... who knows?
• Gliding and swimming seem to be completely gone! Makes sense I guess since gliding was really, really good, and swimming was...kinda pointless.
• Where is break the targets? It hasn't been replaced, has it? Is it only on Wii U? That'd be kinda weird...

I was reading that while thinking "Wtf are you on about?", and then I looked through the screenshots again and noticed.
Pretty cool cameos if you ask me, even if they don't get to be Pokeball items. The weirdest part though is none of the Dragon E4 member's pokemon from X/Y are there.

Edit: Oh, Meta Knight also advertises the official Kirby Hub too.

So the one day I decide to sleep early, a veteran gets revealed. I see how it is Sakurai, I see.

Metaknight looks very cool, he got a nice updated look. I never actually noticed Metaknight has Ridley wings before seeing this new character render, it kinda creeps me out tbh.
