He is coming out of his Down-B, the distortion was there in Brawl too. His slices does have distortion effects in general now though, as there's a picture of his Side-Smash where it's also there, just to a lesser extend.

That's not a redesign, really. It's just a more detailed version of his KSS design:

And the current MK in the mainline games is godawful compared to his older versions.

This contains very interesting new info. Notice that the match with giant Donkey Kong is on Jungle Japes... but the past stages weren't used in Brawl's classic or all star! That's an interesting change to say the least...

We also get a look at how many coins can be earned from battles. Of course this will probably change with the Kid Icarus difficulty system but now those trophies don't seem so overpriced.

I definitely got that on my site, too and had a slight aneurysm. I reloaded the page and it fixed itself. The site was super buggy for a bit there, though, so it's understandable.
