In theory and anime, Mewtwo is probably stronger than both Kyogre and Deoxys. Kyogre, for example, dominates the weather as his primary ability. Mewtwo can do this at a world-destroying level as a secondary Psychic ability - in other words, Mewtwo can control the whether and use psychic abilities, when Kyogre can only control the wheather. Also, since Rayquaza is equal to Deoxys in the anime, and Rayquaza is also a whether manipulator of Kyogre's ability, then Mewtwo is probably stronger than Deoxys. In the anime, at least.

edit - if you name your Articuno "Avalanche" it will be dark blue

if you name your fire pokemon "FlameFlash" they will be slightly lighter, and if you name them "FlameFrier" they will be a lot darker

Well you see Mewtwo is obviously in space. Lucario, on the other hand, is actually gigantic! Can you not see him just standing on that planet all menacingly awesome and such?

Besides, Mewtwo looks kind of like Frieza here; he better hope Ike doesn't show up and slice him in half with a Fair!

I say Power Trick Pure Power Shuckle with +6 Attack, Rollout to the max, helping handed, flower gifted and (insert item here) says hi.

Lol technically kyogre is the strongest because of the rain and STAB. Deoxys-A is strong because it has 180 base Atk/SA

But I will only say this, no matter what Mewtwo has over Lucario stat-wise, moveset-wise, etc. Lucario has one edge over Mewtwo. And that's being able to reproduce.

I liked using mewtwo in melee but he just plain sucks. Lucario in Brawl is so much better than mewtwo in melee could ever be. The one good thing about him was his grabs (loved his up grab and back grab) but in the new super smash bros if they put both in, that would be absolutely incredible.
