You should give it a try Tec. I have had some sandwiches which were pretty similar to it and it turned out pretty tasty. The one I am thinking of had turkey, onions, grape jelly, and green peppers in toasted ciabatta bread. Only it had to be in small amounts be honestly, too much jelly/peanut butter will not go good with meat.
