Anyone want to Iron Man MM for a $1???

Your 5 best vs. my 5 worst (either I choose my 5 worst or you choose)!!!

:colorful:
**** you're cocky

I'll take you up though, how do iron man work exactly? I'm assuming it's kinda like crew battle? each char get ~4lives & keep whatever he survives with etc etc

I take it we don't get to choose your lineup though?

walk or run one way, then very quickly smash the control stick in the opposite direction and do a quick half-circle back toward the original direction:

example:
walking right...SMASH LEFT AND HALF-CIRCLE BACK TO HOLDING RIGHT (CAPS = FAST FAST FAST!!!)

Sounds about right to me. I wonder why they didnt have Yoshi's on though.... There is nothing wrong with it.
The reason that Yoshi's and lylat are not neutral is because of the way the stage is chosen for the first match.

If I remember, Genesis goes by stage striking. With the five neutrals, one could bet that nearly every single match will start on smashville, fd or battlefield.

When two opponents are stage striking, Yoshi's and lylat will practically never be left.

This is because that while Yoshi's and lylat are undeniably neutral, fd, smashville and battlefield are even more neutral.

Basically, Yoshi's and lylat are pretty neutral, while smashville, fd and battlefield are super neutrals. Because of this, people will always stage strike Yoshi's and lylat.

So they might as well save some time and take off lylat and Yoshi's from the neutral list since no one's going to play on it for the first match.

Just saying that in general, people would prefer fd, battlefield or smashville.

I myself would be fine with lylat, but Yoshi's the first stage that I would usually strike. Just my own personal preference.

And the stage list in the OP has yet to be updated.

poltergust is wanting to take u as a partner for this
I know about Poltergust, I just don't see our team placing well in this tournament, or any other Low Tier team, so I want to see if anyone else needs a partner. Btw 8bit, do you have any replays of my ness from Pride of Brawl?

I'm open for a partner if anyone wants to play with. I'm more comfortable with brawl though I've been playing melee only for the past 2 weeks...

Don't know, I play peach/mk sooo00000000000oooooo but i'm sure there are better teammates than i !

you know friendlies arent a substitute for entering the tournament if you actually want to get better...just letting you know
I know that, but I need to save up some money, Summer classes kicked my ***.

$1,400 not counting books. <.<

I might enter singles and thats it but who knows. I'll figure it out the day of. lol

and friendlies can help you get better as well imo. Especially the early stages of getting everything down. o.O

sorry if this is blunt man but your both ****ing idiots. (sorry loto)
You think when we all started out we weren't trash? I played ganon and I couldn't wavedash for ****, not to mention I could only successfully L-cancel about 1/5 of the time even after playing for 6 months.
The reason I got good was because I entered every tournament and got used to the atmosphere, I cant tell you how many times i got 0-2'd out of brackets but I kept entering.

Yeah I realize that.

I'm no longer doing dubs and me and my partner are both jus gonna do singles.

Cause IMO singles is better practice than dubs is. But what do I know...

Doing everything would be 30$ with the door fee... (And food + gas money for my carpool)

And I'm 15 with no job and I just don't wanna dish out that kinda money... (johns)

maybe i'll enter brawl sings and melee sings

hmm hmm hmmm

10 dollar door fee is a lot lol,
but i guess it's cause of the show later on and there are people going to that so a flat entry fee would be idea for the center.

that's how i see it.

oof, that's gonna be mad moneyyyyyyyyy

nick riddle how much do you want/need gas
and WHEN are we leaving?

Peach is damage racking queen in doubles. Whenever I do doubles with Draco (Orange soda ), I usually survive for a while (160%?). I think Shakey can kill with Ness's back throw pretty easily. Yall should team :D
