Event Schedule
10:00 AM - Doors open / Setup / MMs
12:00 PM - Brawl Doubles begin
1:30 PM - Brawl Singles begin

Pro Bracket will begin after Singles is over. The top 8 from Singles Bracket will enter Pro Bracket, where the top 8 highest placing Smashers throughout the Circuit season will be waiting.

* Registration for each event will end promptly 5 min before the event starts.

Brawl Singles: $10
Brawl Doubles: 10$ per person (20$ per team)


Circuit Points
Points will be awarded to all those who place well at events. Starting with the second event, this will determine seeding throughout the rest of the circuit. This is important for a couple of reasons: 1) Those who do not have circuit points may be seeded randomly having a very heavy hitter first round. 2) Those who accumulate high numbers of circuit points throughout these events may find themselves in a good position during the championship event.

Setups
Bring them! We need as many TVs and Wiis as we can get!

Anyone who brings ONE FULL setup will get their circuit fee waived. Additionally, any carpool that brings TWO FULL setups will have their parking personally paid by me.

There will not be pools. Most of the good players will be in pro bracket so you won't have to worry about them until YOU make it to pro bracket.


Let me explain some things.


After LSCE6 happens October 8th, we will add up all the circuit points that all the players(who earned them) have collected. The top 8 Players with the most points will be put in a "pro bracket" while the rest of the players will be in an "amature bracket" at the championships. Top 8 in the amature bracket will combine with the players already in the pro bracket to form a mega hard 16 man bracket.

I hear good things about the venue. Just how good is it?? Wasn't at the last tournament held there.

Its basically a big lecture hall with multiple restaurants a only a few yards from the exit. Last time, the seating and space for setups wasn't amazing, but there is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more space than the other lone star events I attended. Assuming they have a projector running for grand finals (one can only hope), there will be perfect viewing for all the hype finals matches.

I'd need housing and someone to pick me up at the airport, etc.

The seats are not bolted down--just bolted together. We can move some rows back.

Right now, there's NOT gonna be a side event since we have Pro Bracket, which is the main draw at this tournament. If time provides/people bring enough setups, I'm open to a side event.

I will personally drive ANYONE OoS to and from the airport for FREE. It would be AWESOME to have more OoS attendants.

And yes, this is the best venue in Texas.
