What? Bad joke? It's the same thing as black guys and ******. What's up, my ***gots?

And he's actually not *new*, we've been together since January =P.
Okay... when someone comes in here and say "Eff y'all, ***gots", it really comes across like some homophobic jerk that likes to come in here and screw around. And personally, I hate the F-word and the N-word so much because I've been called both many times in a very hurtful way. I don't think anyone should be saying them, no matter who it is.

And congrats on your relationship, btw.

KingReMO, don't be gay.

...

I think it's funny to call gay people gay. I honestly don't see why you should be offended at people that call us ***gots. Anyone that honestly hates gay people based on the fact that it's icky is most likely inbred.

As for straight girls looking for gay boyfriends, I have never heard of that as it is completely illogical. Maybe they are looking for a "wingman" of sorts, but not someone to share a loving relationship with.
It's not; in fact, it's the same reason why so many straight men find lesbians attractive.

a) There's the forbidden factor to it. It's something quite famous for the straight-men-to-lesbian thing, but it's just barely gaining open popularity for the inverse.
*coughAmazonianscough* Really, it's been around for thousands of years.

b) Just how many straight men think it's interesting to have a relationship who shares more of their views and attractions to women and more tough and open to sex. (At least that's what straight guys think of gay women as a stereotype) It's the same with girls and gay men, it's an interesting idea to have a relationship with someone that you can go shopping with (again, I don't want to be stereotypical, but I'm just saying what people have in their heads *messenger girl*), also enjoys the presence of hot men and is sensitive like a woman.

c) Then there's always a sexual fantasy that comes with having sex with multiple people of the opposite gender at the same time which now seems to be for both genders.

I'm just getting this from my sister, who is a yaoi and shonen-ai fan - IDK because I've been told I have very little sex drive even for a girl. >.o Personally though, I think both views are stupid. However, it kind of pisses me off that guys go "WTF" at girls thinking gay guys are sexy when they themselves profess on how two girls kissing is hot and don't make the connection that it's the same exact thing.

I pretty much agree with King ReMO though... I've been called both words and never in a nice way... well maybe the N-word but I still don't like it, they aren't very nice sounding words and I'd appreciate if somebody didn't come in and call me such things. =/ I don't care if you're gay, black, or both... just don't call me those things, I find it rather rude...

Wow, *******. If you get offended by a word intended to offend, then you're just buying into it all; hence the use of the word ****** and ***got in that context. Learn some humility and chill the hell out. :urg:

I can understand the physical attraction part, because as you said, it is the exact same thing as a straight man liking lesbians. But looking for a true relationship sounds like something that could never work. I am attracted to the idea of lesbian sex as much as any other straight guy, but I would never try to have a deep meaningful relationship with a lesbian because I would know full-well that it could never lead anywhere. It would just end in severe heartbreak for the man and she would be like "wtf did you think was gonna happen?"

Either way, the attraction thing is totally understandable.

Okay, maybe I came across a bit too sensitive. With my very close friends, if they use *** in some kind of joke between us, that's usually okay (especially if it's funny). And I don't like the n-word, period. But, as I've said, I've been called both words in way that's really offensive. You can say that those people are just ignorant and dumb and 'inbred', but that doesn't change the fact that the whole situation just sucks. It's all really not a huge deal, I guess. Really, the only reason I brought it up was because Sanuzi, new to the thread, comes in and says, "**** y'all, ***gots." ... What? I mean, say if you met a group of gay people at a party for the first time, went up and said, "**** y'all, ***s!", sporting a dumb grin and a double thumbs-up... o_O It's just kinda comes across really wrong.

-edit-

... And now you're calling me a *****. Alright, cool. Is that another word that I shouldn't "buy into", hm? What the hell does that even mean? I don't like when random strangers, gay or straight, call me a ***got -- and I wouldn't like anybody calling me the n-word, period. I wasn't making anything that big of a deal until now. You're not some valiant warrior who is above society and the norm. You're not some free-thinker who has decided not to let The Man boss you around. You're a ****ing child. Grow up. But, don't be offended by that, Sanuzi. That would just be buying into it all, right?

Well, you see; Girls and guys are different in that aspect. Guys are more interested in sex within a relationship, but girls generally crave and prefer affection. Part of the reason of their attraction is that gay guys are probably more likely to be sensitive and sensitive guys are more likely to give into girls' affectionate needs.

I think that is probably a bit of a stereotype, unless it is proven by scientific fact, but there are guys who still want real love. Its not like every guy goes out looking for just sex and nothing else. It is true that the psychology of the male brain is the spread the millions of seeds and the women's is to conserve that single egg, but that doesn't completely dictate one's thought process.

Still even if they started a relationship, I feel bad for the girl because she will be hurt in the end.

It is a stereotype, I know. I forgot to put the *generally* part in there, woops, my bad. :embarrass I'm also referring to teenage guys, and we all know teenage guys.

As for the whole relationship; for men or for women dating a homosexual because they're homosexual is shallow and stupid in my book either way.

That's not very nice... people should choose their words more carefully instead of assuming everybody will be okay with everything. If I "buy into something" it doesn't mean you should join in and call me or anybody else anymore names, I wish people would be more polite. An insulting word is created to insult someone, I don't like the idea of being called these words by friends or even aquaintances for that reason, I'm sorry if I don't "chill the hell out" but maybe I have a reason, you weren't in my shoes since birth, you have no idea what should or shouldn't affect me in whatever way and you have ABSOLUTELY no right to tell me to chill out. Just choose your words more wisely when talking to people instead of doing what you did.

Yea I was a teenager once, albeit I was somewhat different than most teenagers, but I was still there either way. XD

And yea, that is supremely shallow, no argument here.

Lol only teaseing but have you been around men, nice guys do the nasty for the hell of it sometimes. ALOT of straight men have that as a driving force in there life and that goes for gay men too. Ive never seen a gay man hold on to girl unless hes coming out but ive seen striaght women cling to gay men desperatly.

For me, it all depends on context and company.
Take for example, when I'm playing Brawl with my friends.
Say I cash in a high % stock with DDD for a fresh one on my opponent...
Or if I down smash 6 times in place with Metaknight and happen to hit with all of them consecutively...
Then I laugh when people call me "gay", or say "what a fag". Because it's funny. (On multiple levels.)

On the flip side, if it's said out of hate, then that's different.
I personally don't get offended by it, since I really don't give a **** what a bigot thinks about me. XD

Gay's huh, well personally I have no problem with gays since they tend to be nice to me "oddly!" but as long as nothing physical happens to me such as touch thenI really won't have any problems at all, it sure would be cool to see how a gay Smasher duel's

I think you need to sew your lips shut now. No offence, though. *winks and smirks*

I'm no homophone:)
Ringringringringringringring, homophone! *sings*

See? I'm not always serious! *puts on a Momo dress and prances around all pretty-like*

For the record, I also apologise. I don't often post to forums with the intent to be random, but sometimes the urge strikes me. Also, I had to get in my words against Sanuzi while we're tossing around insults with no meaning.

After all, they're only words. Words can't hurt anyone, as I'm sure every person in this thread with a heart can attest. Right? *shakes his head sadly*

Smooth Criminal
Hurr. :p
Oh, and I am going, riding with Mike.
Probably just going to play Pokemon Battle Revolution and Brawl though. ;D
Perhaps some Guilty Gear on the side.
I really don't have the skill to play in Melee competitively any more. ;o

YEAHYUHZZZ.

GG mm while you're there?

And no Melee johns. I'm entering the tourney and I am GA's worst Sheik. C'mon, mang, I didn't even make it out of pools at G4S. If I recall, you did so much better than me.

:p

Oh, and I should mention that I'm holding a Smashfest on June 6th. I got kicked in the balls financially recently, but I SHOULD be able to provide amenities like drinks and food to the bajillion motherhumping people that are going to be there (Sliq, Gimpy, all of Canada, DML, nes n00b, Lobelia, Gumby). You're more than welcome to come to it.

Catch ya later. I need to sleep. Gotta walk to work tomorrow.

Edit: Oh, **** it. Just for s's and g's, Brawl friendlies at the venue proper?

I'll come with a pocket full of melee johns:
"I didn't have my toast this mornin'!"
"My hands are greasy!"
"I DIDN'T ROLL MY SLEEVES UP!"

I'd like to come, if only to hang out and be social.
Just charge like a $5 door fee for the free goodies or something. :p
Call me and remind me to come, though, lol.

Sorry, i just got back from an anime convention and a brawl tourney. So i didn't do the tourney cause i had no money,(i blew it all on anime shiz) but i was doing friendlies, and more than half the people that competed we're, least to say, noobs. Me and other veteran smashers would say stuff like "**** i tried to wavedash!" and they'd be like.. "huh?"

Well im just glad to know that I am able to trade wins with the #2 brawler in my state of NC. He is much stronger than me, but the fights are all "edge of your seat"-like.

I main Kirby, and the convention was Animazement in Durham NC.

I went to ACen, got one turn in a match in Brawl...Had an atrocious teammate who suicided three times.

I was against a Pika Thunder and an Ike Aether.

Who got a golden hammer, an assist trophy, a few pokeballs, an explosive capsule that spawned as I did a Peach bomber, and two smash Balls (I dodged Ike's >_>)

I got the Pikachu down to one life, and the Ike down to two...

"Gay level up."

I quit smoking (about 3 weeks ago).
Then I started improving my health through a better diet (started about 2 weeks ago).
But I still failed miserably at making myself go running every day...

... Now I dance for exercise.
15 minutes of hard dancing.
3 minutes of flow dancing.
15 minutes of hard dancing, with some flow dancing mixed in (depends on the music).
5-10 minutes of cool down dancing.
Unlimited "Chair Dancing".

...

Just felt like sharing. ;P
