I think you have it backwards. Bowser body slams the opponent so he's on top meaning the other guy hits the blast zone first and loses. Ganon is krazy.

Randall, you're actually wrong on this. Bowser's Koopa Klaw alternates between Bowser winning and a tie completely based on port priority. For Ganon's Murder Choke it alternates between a LOSS for Ganon or a tie based purely on controller port.

Thanks for setting me straight, though it seems strange to give Ganon a loss, haha.

I guess the best thing to do is to go home and just test all of that stuff. The idea, in general, is for whoever initiated the suicide attack gets the win in order to break what would otherwise be a tie. I'll let everyone know for sure once I verify it all myself.

The Self Destruction Rule only applies if it ends a game. A pokemon can use SelfDestruct/Explosion at the beginning of a match to try to get rid of the starting pokemon but if a match is ended with explosion it conts as a loss for the person who initiated the attack.

I live in Phenix City, Alabama. I put "/Columbus, GA" so that I don't get matched up with Kismet and my older brother, who are both coming with me. I mean, I go to school in Columbus, and it's a ten-minute drive to the town, so I could be easily counted as such.

Still, it's funny because whenever I go out of state, for some reason, people assume that I'm from another state. I'm usually assumed to be from Florida, actually.

Ahh, gotcha. Don't worry, you won't be in a pool with kismet or your brother. I'm gonna keep you away from Alabama as well as I can, too.

One important thing for EVERYONE to know is that I will seed the bracket SOLELY on pool data. This means it's possible for two people who drove together might play each other first round of brackets. If I move things around in order to accommodate this, people who already played each other in pools that day will play early in the bracket, and I think that's even worse.
