I can relate, but I've never seen you host outside of your house tournaments where I've seen you get easily distracted and a lot of people playing their matches late.
Co-hosting and helping is entirely different from having responsibilities fall on you as the main host. Just be prepared for it and handle everything the right way.
Tears? It's just me explaining reality and my situation. Stop being so butthurt over it. I don't have the luxury of attending events I can't profit from. It just financially damages me far too much.

No matter how nice I am to people (you've stayed here before and know I treat my guests beyond well, I've offered to give you free rides when you said you were broke, etc.), I still come first, and I will seek to benefit myself above almost all others, just like anyone else.
I have an opportunity to attend this event without losing money and I'm in a bad situation with regards to money. I'm taking it. Getting 2nd with Yes wouldn't help me enough, and my performance in singles could range anywhere from 1st to 9th depending on my mood and how I'm playing with no practice since last weekend.
