I've been doing that for a while actually. One of the things I like to do (or try to do) is continue edge-canceling on the other platforms. Looks really smooth if you do it right, and it's fun.

yeah that's good ****, i fB to recover a lot and sometimes edgecancel by accident, which has been useful. seeing this gives me incentive to figure out that spacing, it's really great to have another recovery option other than upB

Wow. That's actually pretty sweet. With Fox and Falco, I always loved the option of being able to do ledge hop and waveland off the side platforms on battlefield/yoshi's.
