How do you go about the ROB MU?
You want to keep rob in the air mostly, he's virtually helpless at that point

What to punish?
You can punish pretty much anything he does, so long as you are buffering your punishes

How to approach?(stupid question just an example)
Walking

Be wary of?
Tilts, Grabs, Gyro, his spot dodge at closer ranges

What does ROB do?
They just camp lol

Buffering guide pl0x?

Ive never really tried buffering but i dont know if I've ever needed it or used it. Basically I don't know whether I am buffering or not.

Walking is the best approach/mindgame ever.

I have a ****ty reaction time, how do I get mine better like yours? Also, are you going to Xanadu too?

I may be going idk the details so far since we might be in a totally different car this time.

and I'd suggest just practicing, things like rhythm games help as well (As long as you're playing on the more difficult levels)


Moose if you have a friend to play with have them do something like a rising dair (retreating it) on your shield with MK, if you can jump out and up air him then you are buffering it correctly, if you can't then you aren't doing so.

And buffering is just inputting commands before the animation of previous actions end

Only a few times, I tried last night actually (reading my mind! >:0) I was only able to do it once on SV (not normally) and when I did I just walked onto the stage without jumping or grabbing the ledge or anything

In the vid, the guy was able to do fair onto the stage. Idk how he does it. He also got his double jump and used it on one occasion.

I can do it about 10% of the time now on Battlefield. Keep telling myself it's worth the trouble x)

Everything beats his grab. If he had grab armor I'd be infinitely more scared to approach on the ground.

You kinda want to be at about d3's ftilt range when it comes to trying to get inside.

Once you're in though you can deal lots of damge, putting him in the air even if it's just only from f throw (up throw or db works well) puts him in a very bad spot. The only real landing he has is to try and super armor which you can just grab and start the process over again lol

lol me too, now i mostly train dolphin slash cancel and its followups(which i think all competive marths should do) Do you know how i can after DSC land a fair on stage? i always seem to glide away fair
