Kadaj do you know what options MK has to get off the ledge if marth is by it.

When playing against my brother he was using it whenever i came off the ledge onto the stage
What should i do?

IMO, IMO,
MK has a really hard time getting back on stage other than gliding under and trying again. he can't use specials (ds/counter on reaction) and dtilt/fsmash outrange all his magic. and if he gets grabbed he can get spiked.

Lol, just to end the confusion now, i'm the MK

I'm having trouble getting back on stage from the ledge.
usually i nado to get back on stage but that gets f-smashed.
or if i'm in the air offstage and glide onto stage i get fsmashed again.

Can you give me a decently consistent to get back on the stage

Pause your nado, bait the fsmash, punish, or clash with the fsmash with glide attack and you'll get frame advantage, most likely.

kadaj do you know how to beat olimar

last time i played one he stopped all of my approaches in their tracks, i even asked him about it after the game and he pretty much said

"well i see marths saying to approach olimar at a 45 degree angle alot, which you tried doing, but tether ***** that so... i dont know if there is a reliable way besides faking him out"

because i didn't have a problem with anything besides approaching, when i did i did alot of damage and it was free but approaching him is ****ing hard lmao

he kept pivot grabbing my early fairs that i did to try to poke his head, he tethered my full hops, which i baited every now and then but i just took way too much damage trying to hit him

For the record, still be wary because Up-B OoS will still beat nado and if he jabs to clash with glide attack, Marth should get frame advantage.

BLM there isn't really a SAFE way to recover onstage vs Marth, only mixing it up lol

P3 if he is pivot grabbing a rising & retreating Fair then you are doing it way too late. However if you are talking abot FF Fairs then you're being to predictable with your approach. If you're zoning with a full hop fair the only way he'd be able to UpB you is if you aren't pulling back far enoung.

Approaching with DB sometimes and grabs as well will keep him off balance (DB beats his grab and also forces shielding) mix that in with different variations of fair and you should be fine

i didn't retreat many fairs because i just took more damage from pikmin, when i retreated i didn't get hit but i was thinking that i needed to get closer to him or get him on the edge to rack on the damage with juggles

it was scatt btw i don't know if you played him

i had no idea db beats his grab, that is awesome

Yeah I figured it was him.

It's because Olimar doesn't have grab armor. But yeah you have time to try & get back in, no need to rush it

Olimar's up b doesn't hit you through neutral air's like 25 degree angle which is almost parallel to where your legs are.

RichBrown personally states that neutral air isn't used enough by Marth's in the match up, and its a very hard aerial to handle.

Drop down counter works on Peach's up-b. I did it to a peach about 100 times last night. It either resets the situation or they get get stage spiked and end up too low (unless they tech of course).

Ice climbers are the hardest at top lvl imo, but you dont rly get Icies players that play AMAZING. Dedede is prolly 2nd hardest though, then Meta. But it could be anyone between those 3.
