One day we had a presentation in Psych class about suicide.

I couldn't bring myself to ask a question, so I had to ask it later.

The question was: "But isn't suicide just natural selection at work? I mean, the circumstances that cause one to commit it show a lack of ability to live well...'

I was kinda crying, although I have no idea why as I was 100% serious. I couldn't bring myself to ask it (as much as I wanted too) because I understood that it would probably ruin the whole presentation.

The presenter (and my psych teacher) had no answer for me.

On a different note, I would actually love to know what it'd be like to be on ADHD medication. Although I could probably never have treatment for aspergers, because I feel it would ruin who I am (the above scenario being part of that).

Also, why do people always team with their significant other in games? I mean, you spend a lot of time with them already, and more often then not it impairs your chances of winning//varied gameplay//etc.

Hm Arcansi... sometimes people have hit such a low in their lifetime that they just want to escape everything. I don't think suicide is a natural thing and suicide is definitely not something that is genetic (which is what natural selection is based on).

While I can't relate, my standpoint on suicide is that if you're at your worst, it can only improve from there right? You're also hurting those close to you if you end up suiciding.

Supposedly the best way to suicide is breathe in lots of carbon monoxide. It clings onto the hemoglobin in your red blood cells preventing them from absorbing oxygen.

You end up passing out and your death will be painless.
