i'd put wario-falcon as even, perhaps slight favor to wario.. but not +2 lol.

he's got solid grab release options (fsmash uair upb knee), and with his fast dash speed, fast shield out of dash, and jab, he can land grabs often enough

uair is good for keeping wario out, and his dash speed is good enough to chase wario's landings
up-b is also a grab release that isn't affected by platforms, so stages play have less of an impact as opposed to other matchups

is it like how marth can't shield very quickly when dashing?

falcon can kill so easily though. just need a few grabs and a fresh knee kills really early. he can keep up pretty well even without the gr too. so many options out of gr though.

Falcon beating wario is a ridiculous claim... Snake has better tools to grab wario and keep him out, but that match-up is likely even or in wario's favor. Snake's kill options of out grab are as good as falcon's.

That match-up looks like +1-2 for wario, no joke.
