So my friend and I are chatting on Skype one day, and he says that whenever he goes to tourneys, he'll find black kids that main Snake, and they always seem to utterly obliterate , even though he's a pretty good Snake main. So then, he claims this;

"Black people are always good as Snake."

I deny it, but then I realize that alot of my friends tell me that I'm a good Snake, which coincidentally responds to my friends claim, as I have Zimbabwean blood in me. Zimbabwe's a country in Africa, for those who don't know. Any who, what does the Snake board think?

Are African American smashers always talented Snakes?

I'm not saying that Asians can't be good Snakes. I'm asking about the Snake boards observations about black people USING Snake, and their average skill level with him.

Most black d00ds I play smash with are best with Peach

we get many lulz off of the stereotypes that occur from that (black guys love white women)

Apart from the 3 peaches (who suck) the other ones are Pits or Ike =/

Also, I'm the only snake out of the 40 or so people I brawl with and I'm Puerto Rican

This topic fails. There's no correlation between race in regards to skill with a character. It mostly has to do with the population density of the race in the area that you play in. On another note, I've yet to play a good female Smash Brothers player. I've traveled out of state to Texas, no luck there either.

here in florida we have HRnut and Afro, they're black and they play snake. and rank high in tournaments. there was a black dude in my area (miami) plays snake, but isn't great.

then there's me, an asian, who play's snake and places high too, usually top 8. but there are no other asians but me that play snake.

I met Kos Mos at Final Smash 5. He was black, and doing better with Snake than I've ever seen someone doing after only 2 weeks of playing him.
