But really its very difficult to tell who the top players of any character are, there are so many players who just don't have the oppertunity to attend many tournaments and thus don't recieve the recognition.
Also, some players are good in some matchups (vs certain other players as well as other characters) whilst there are other players whp are better in other matchups.
Really the most relaible method for establishing the best player of a certain characters is to look at individual performances against other well known top players.

No one really gets close to them as of yet in raw skill with some of sheik strongest attributes.

For good link players I would have to say Smasher,Hashimo, BCL, Deva, Legan, and Izaw. They all have their unique style of fighting so just dont look at the immidiate choice that most people choose (hint: Izaw).
In my opinion I more interested in hashimo and smasher than Izaw no offense to those people who have Izaw as there Idol or respect him to the fullest. I have to hear it from some people that they refer to izaw as a god. In my opinion hes the most popular link but to me there cant be a best for link or any other character

Not to namedrop but I took Boss' Luigi to a three-game set without using infinites. I actually had him beat on Halberd with a fastfall fair, but his green rocket misfired and got I stage spiked at 40%, killing me about a quarter of a second before him. And this is how I looked:

Korn and I played a bit the same day and I beat his MK. We had a few DDD dittos too, they were hilarious.

The point of this isn't to brag or to say I'm offended (i'm actually shocked you remembered me!) or to even say that I'm good or anything (my videos certainly show that) but questionable? That's harsh, bro.

Howsabout my own tier, like, "Not great but UNQUESTIONABLY okay"
