Dude, in that first vid, how did you get so much height from this Klaw jump?

EDIT: Er, at about 0:49. Also, epic last kill. :)

Looks to be pretty wild. It got you as high as a double jump or a FoG which is what I immediately thought of, lol. Are you sure it wasn't something really awesome that you discovered and you're just holding out on us? :O

@Gen
The other vids were too brutal, dude.

@Crzy
Gotta say I creamed my pants when you read Falco's SideB so perfectly you Bowser Bombed before he even started. That so needs to be in the community vid along with "RAAAPPPEEE" in huge letters on screen.

Yeah lol. The restof the vids he ***** me though, except for some. Im waiting for him on AIM so I can upload a few.

Basically all I can say for Yoshi is footstool, ftilt through eggs/approaches, and try to bait bairs the best you can.

Btw when he starts to cg you, DO NOT SPAM JUMP EVER

Save your jump for when you offstage to prevent a really gay gimp.

Klawhopping too much will either get you pelted by eggs or pivot grabbed. You're much better off staying grounded in this matchup and powershielding any eggs thrown (for some reason, I find them MUCH easier to powershield than other projectiles. Maybe it's just me).

As long as you can avoid an upair or an early spike, you should living to like 150%+ with solid DI. From there, you have to worry about fsmash/upsmash/downb/nair as well.

Edgeguarding against a Yoshi is harder than it looks. A lot of the time he won't even need to use his double jump and can make it back to the edge using only egg throwing (with tap jump off so he doesn't accidentally use up his double jump, of course). Bowser is probably best off trying to force the double jump somehow, and then either going for the footstool or feinting the footstool attempt to bait an airdodge (so you can then hopefully punish with something like an upair).

Hope everyone likes my TIPS&TRIX =^_^= uguu~

Eh..... I don't want to be mean, but that Bowser needs alot of work. Needs more OoS, grabs, Klaw, FTilt, better spacing, etc., and less FSmash, DSmash, badly timed DownB, etc.

I think like a time period type of thing would be more helpful >.> like the Ike Vid Crtique

What is the "time period type of thing" that the Ike boards do? Here are some general comments:
1. Don't play on corneria unless it's not banned in your area. If it's allowed, don't get holed up towards the bottom of the stage. Marth clearly outspaced your friend down there.
2. Fsmashes are beastly when they land but they can be punished easily. Tone it down a bit.
3. bairs are great but don't abuse them :S If you really need to bair on stage then full hop it.
4. This is tied in with part 1 but klaw hopping should be used more. If you're down on the lower part of the stage you don't have much room for this.
5. Work on your offstage game :S that fsmash on marth that you followed up with a fair that whiffed should have been a hit. The attmpted bair stage spike at the end that resulted in an sd was also kinda fail (good attempt though!).

It takes practice to get as good as some of these guys who have been posting here since brawl came out. So, as far as time lines go... I would start watching some vids of the good bowser players here. If you see something cool or effective try and duplicate it. Also, keep in mind that this should just increase your options. None of the bowser players play the same way and you shouldn’t try and force some style that you saw in a youtube video if you’re not feeling it. Try and play as many different people that are around your skill level or better. Practice the various grab releases on them… it seriously makes life so much easier. Post another video when you’ve completed this and I’m sure someone will be around to critique it =)

1:24- Good _____ there
etc.

0:09 don’t follow him
0:10 don’t fsmash when he’s trying to bait you like that
0:23 don’t sd
:42 space your ftilts better :S you got way too close be ready for the roll if he’s pinned against a wall
:45 good up b oos. This is bowser’s bread n butter
1:10 good follow up with upsmash
1:20 if he is hitting you with dsmash that early di towards him and punish him during the lag..
1:30-1:40 don’t spam fsmash… especially when it won’t kill
1:43 use dsmash at the edge or to punish spot dodges… otherwise leave it alone
2:08 I think an edge hog would have been safer. I like where you were going with the fair but if you’re gonna take that kind of risk make sure you know the timing for it.

I really don’t like your use of dtilt… it’s a great kill move but don’t use it to rack up damage (use jabs, grab releases, ftilt, fire, etc...)

Sup' Bowsers.

There has been too many 'Rate my Bowser' threads created in the Bowser boards, and it looks pretty messy. So from now on I will be closing any newly created threads about the abovementioned.

So if you've got some fresh vids for the Bowser Community to assess and mull over, just post it right here! I will be also be adding links to the videos via this post and the dates they were published.

RAWR.
