but as for jiggs being in Smash 4... I think she may only because Nintendo has this habit of "Promote a game, promote a char" thing.

I'm in college... I could have 5 jobs and be in debt atm. I'll have an actual not horrible job soon enough considering actuarial science tends to have jobs available still even though it's way more competitive lately. Only a sophomore now though so a little while to go till then.

Ha, who needs money. Just go to brawl tournaments and win enough times to get enough Gamestop gift cards to buy a Wii-U for free.

Also, I stopped caring for getting better at Brawl because Smash 4 is just around the corner now. I'm sure most of you are all here because you like Jigglypuff in general so, we shall hopefully be re-born in smash 4.

A Lil bit of yes and no.
Yes because the metagame will be fresh and fun again, I really hate Brawl's metagame right now.
And no because I've been focusing on my education/job in animation.
So I'd say somewhere inbetween. My Smash 4 competitive experience will be short lived if Jigglypuff is low tier again or not present in the game at all.

And make it learn Fly.

I have a friend who bothered to EV trained a Puff for me cuz of how much I love Puff ^_^. So she can super destroy dragons atm.
