Because the majority of my time is spent leading middle school students.
And you have to be crazy/energetic to hang out with middle school students for more than an hour looooool

Where I come from, middle school students don't do anything active or energetic unless it is like, one of their defining characteristics (i.e. John is a Basketball player).

Otherwise you are deemed "un-cool".
