Her rest hits every character on the stage with 200x the knockback of jigglypuffs rest. That's why she's OP.

But you also have to buffer it out of Sing. Which is the confusing part because you have to buffer it so it comes out 2 frames after the last music note in sing.
It's hard. But only igglybuff can do it.
