OK, If you use your attack, you'd get 10 D currency, even if you have less than 10 Health to heal back up. Pay no heed (and attacks like it) can get full currency at level 1, but so you actually do something instead of being Switzerland, You can't use an attack that has no attack and all heal when you have full health.

Example:
Charizard92:
Level: 1
Health: 105/105 > 105/105
Attacks:
A: 0 & 10
D currency: 10

This is Legal until level 2
