You can only infect one person, I believe it works by giving them a VM saying you infected them, while PM'ing Metavamp.

As for others seeing the MK, it'll only appear if someone has the black name.

Edit: Woah, if you keep your mouse near the right side of the page so that the Meta Knights fly off the screen, the left and right slidy bar at the bottom of the screen pops up, and if you hold right on the keyboard while your mouse is over there, you can continually scroll right forever. **** these Meta Knights are broken.

Edit: the same thing works for being able to continually scroll down at the bottom of the page too.
