I'm usually able to catch Roy when he gets off of work on Tuesdays and Thursdays because I finish class right before he leaves.

He does want to play more...but he doesn't get off work on weekends until after 9, so...

If the situation presents itself, I will gladly hold another. Until then, sorry. Glad you enjoyed yourself though. I like being a TO/host.

Some dont. Syba is one of them and now its a bit cheaper so maybe he would want to get one since hes into brawl now.

And a price cut generally means the trade in value is lower so if any of you plan on trading in a wii, you need to do it before oct 1st or expect a little less than normal trade in value.

Also, once all 3 console drop price, new systems are around the corner.

edit: sybe maybe u are ONLY into smash but the wii has ALOT of good games. You just need to give it a shot.

O yeah I know I love the games outside of Brawl lol like the family/group games.

Wii Sports Mario Party/Race Kart

Those games are a blast lol

And I check craig's list a lot for a nice decent Wii price that doesn't seem like it will break on me. I usually go for a new one with a low price.

I hate FPSs lol I like strategic games and just straight up fun ones. That is why I did love brawl so much lol all those new items and stages made the game so fun. I could literally play Brawl like that for hours like I play melee...playing it competitively like that hasn't hit me yet xD

And you know Allan....if you didn't tell me about the Wii cut price just now...I would've bought one tomorrow lololol

I found a really great deal on the internet. 200 for a Wii 5 games and 2 controllers.

O and the other reason I liked the Smash series so much is because there was no blood/gore and it was child like violence -_-

lol I tend to stay away from gorey games like that xD

It's another reason I was so into robots and stuff like Megaman or Gundams

Gea: http://www.dhmo.org/facts.html
Jog: what about it?
Gea: Do you believe it, or do you think its all propaganda
Jog: tl'dr i just skimmed over it
Gea: and?
Jog: sounds like a bunch of horse ****
Gea: Why? Don't you realize you're exposed to DHMO every day?
Jog: then why haven't i died if it's so dangerous
Gea: Wow, that's like saying "I'm exposed to radiation everyday. If it is so dangerous why am I not dead?"
Jog: it says it's lethal in quantities the size of a thimble
Gea: so? a penny can be lethal. I would think it depends on how you're exposed to it
Jog: k
Gea: So you're saying you should just ignore DHMO?
Jog: everyone has so far. what has it done?
Gea: wow, killed tons of people a few years ago
Jog: where, and how many are tons?
Gea: lemme look up the exact numbers
Gea: nearly 230,000 people in eleven countries in 2004. Such as Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand
Jog: ....
Jog: and how many has it killed in the US?
Gea: Hmm. That information is a bit more sporadic since this was a single event that caused 230,000 deaths, but I can cite one easy off the top of my head
Gea: there was a radio program that had a contest that involved consumption of DHMO and resulted in a woman's death
Gea: Well?
Jog: well what?
Gea: So you're still content on ignoring it, or writing it off as harmless?
Jog: i'm content on ignoring it yes
Gea: Why man? I think about this sort of thing every day. I watch the news specifically to see if DHMO is going to rear its ugly head. No joke.
Jog: again what has it done in the US, besides that, i don't worry about things like that. the worry alone is just as bad as what you're worried over.
Gea: Okay let me get a larger one in the US from last year: It aided an event in mid September that lead to 112 US deaths, with 74 more in Haiti
Gea: I am dissapointed with you, Jog.
Jog: because i have a different view than you?
Gea: Because you aren't educated about this subject and push it off as worthless.
Gea: Did you know that without DHMO there would be no life on Earth, yet it claims lives every year?
Jog: i don't get why you're worked up on such a small issue as this, why aren't you more concerned about cancer or drunk drivers? something with a higher statistic then this?
Gea: Wow. I would hope that just because one has a higher statistic of death than another does not cancel out the importance of being educated.
Jog: it's 1 subject of countless reasons to why people die, are you going to educate yourself on every reason as to why people die?
Gea: Okay. I would hope to be aware of a cause of death that caused 230,000 deaths in a very short period of time. That sounds extremely lethal to me.
Jog: how short of a period?
Gea: I'd say within a day, maybe even within a few hours
Gea: There was a pretty big news coverage of this
Jog: when?
Gea: 2004, when it happened
Jog: ... it's 09
Gea: ...
Gea: and it continues to claim lives
Jog: what has happened with it since then
Jog: 230,000 every day?
Gea: there was a recent debate over using it to torture prisoners
Gea: Wow.
Jog: i'm just asking you, since you said that.
Gea: Because nukes aren't important to know about as a possible form of death (or just to know about period) because their deaths were only on single events?
Gea: What's more is that this isn't a single event
Gea: I already told you last September nearly 200 people in the US died due to DHMO related causes
Jog: why do you like to debate with me?
Gea: I don't especially. I just think you're evading an issue instead of learning anything
Gea: 10 people in Georgia died of DHMO within this past week; it caused over $250 million in damages as well.
Gea: Jog, I am curious. How much chemistry do you know?
Jog: idk not much
Gea: Okay let me quickly help you understand this. Really quick, alright?
Jog: fine
Gea: Okay Dihydrogen Monoxide. How many hydrogens in there?
Jog: idk i told you i don't know much about chem
Gea: Okay well how many Oxygens? Monoxide
Jog: 1
Gea: Good. Di means two.
Jog: yeah i know
Gea: Okay... So put it all together
Jog: i'm just a little side tracked right now
Jog: 2 hydrogen 1 oxygen
Gea: yeah... now write that like you would CO2
Jog: lol why are you doing this?
Gea: To teach you something. What do you get?
Jog: 2H1O
Gea: ...
Gea: The numbers go after the letters.
Jog: h2o1
Gea: which is....?
Jog: monoxide
Gea: dude drop the one since its implied. Write it again, tell me what it is
Jog: i know water, but you asked what it was
Gea: Okay. So DHMO is water
Jog: no, h2o is water
Gea: Oh my gawd
Gea: But you said Dihydrogen Monoxide is H2O
Jog: H2O1 is Dihydrogen Monoxide
Gea: Yes Jog but H2O and H2O1 are the same thing .How many oxygens are in water? One.
Jog: then why the different name
Gea: Look at the link I sent you again quickly, and read knowing it is water.
Jog: i don't get where you're going with this
Gea: ...
Gea: The link is a joke, Jog.
Jog: ......
Gea: Assuming you aren't able to figure out that H2O is water
Gea: PS Gonna post these logs on SWF
