Lol, there won't be a Pokemon tournament at this Hobo, but if you guys want to have one at the next one...well, if enough people are interested, I'm sure it could happen. But, it would have to start IMMEDIATELY (walk into the venue and start at like 11 since singles starts at like 1) in order to finish and if a Brawl/Melee match is called, you would have to pause any current Pokemon battle, or you can have someone finish for you.

But, it's would be up to DeAngelo. I wouldn't mind running the bracket, but you guys would have to keep up with the rules and whatnot, lol.

If Xyro doesn't mind, I can manage it along with the smash events. We could even do it at this upcoming one, but it's up to him and DeAngelo...sadly, I would have to ban HeartGold and SoulSilver because of the changes and limited availability (other than through roms, lol) UNLESS your opponent agrees to you using it.

I would request that if a person is called for Smash match, they would have to either pause the current battle or get someone they TRUST to finish the match for them (the second method is preferred since you can't change your team in battle, so having someone that the trust finish works). The last one didn't finish, so starting earlier and employing the method I just mentioned should get through everything faster.

lol it isn't that easy. The actual emulator is trash for it, but making a channel for it is okay as long as they have released the Wii game that uses the same engine as it for Wiiware. Otherwise it runs terribly. So like if you wanted to get Perfect Dark going on your Wii, good luck. Someone out there might know but I don't think it is possible to pull off with good quality at this time.

Yeah the emulators are great..except the N64 one.

And it's possible to have n64 games run well that aren't on wiiware. I had majoras mask awhile before it was released for wiiware on my wii. It was a ***** though.

I just want OoT. That's all I really care to play on the N64 right now.

Are you serious? Disfunction? I didn't even use a real team against him and I 3-0'd the guy. Video is gone because he closed his old account. I won two pokemon tournies in r/l, I decimated all the top Youtube players. I only lost when I went easy on Willis in the rematch I knew he had a crush on me and I didn't want to beat him twice in a row,then he got cocky and thought he actually beat me, so I challenged him, used my real team and 4-0'd him.

Also saying im the m2k of pokemon would be an understatement. M2K ***** people with the best characters in the games. I **** people with trash.

Okay, I guess I'll do it. The rules...I'm assuming everyone knows what is and isn't allowed...I'll let tallman/P4/whoever is an expert on the current competitive scene fill this part in. Fee...I guess $5 or you guys can name a price. Split...I dunno how you guys want it, I guess 70/30? 60/30/10?

IT WILL START AROUND 12 OR SO. BE THERE EARLY IF YOU WANT TO ENTER.

Also, HEARTGOLD/SOULSILVER MOVESETS WILL BE BANNED, UNLESS BOTH PLAYERS AGREE TO THEM BEING USED. This is to make it fair for people who can't afford/find/download the game. If it is discovered that a Pokemon has a new move, it cannot be used. I know it's possible to trade Pokemon with new movesets, but I have to make the playing field even right now since very little is known about how it will affect the metagame and the game will be out for barely a month.

Also, if you are called for Smash match you must do one of the following:
1) Pause the match and finish your smash matches before continuing.
2) Have someone you trust finish the match for you.

This is a side event, so Smash takes priority!

And this is assuming Xyro lets me do it. But I don't think he should have a problem.

Willis is better than me too. I don't IV Breed and hardly ever breed for Egg Moves. I'm too lazy at that game xD.

Edit: Though as far as Shoddy goes, I've wrecked some good players there before, since that's about knowledge of the game rather than who spends more time breeding :D
