I'm not trying to prove anything. It's not like he was horrible I just dislike talk about friendlies after tournaments :/. If he thinks he would beat me in tournament then good for him. I don't mind at all, people need confidence to get better. I never assume I'm going to beat anyone.

Not anywhere in my post did I ever judge your skill. You think because I said that you didn't try, which you agree with (because it was a friendly), I'm judging your skill? That's a pretty warped analysis. Allow me to convey my point with more clarity. If you almost win in a friendly and it was a close game, you're going to give people the impression that you tried to win. So when I state my assumption and you disagree, you should at least understand where I'm coming from. There's no need to get into something that even remotely resembles an argument over this when essentially, you set me up to believe what I did by not trying your hardest in our match.
I'm not sure whose match you're talking about, but I didn't see it. We played on Final, and you had full chaingrabbing freedom.
I try my best in friendlies, still have tons of fun, and learn a lot about others while playing them. I don't exactly see what could be considered a chore about any of that. I don't understand your reasoning behind playing friendlies any differently than a tournament match, but people have their preferences. If you find that playing casually, at least more-so, instead of competitively in friendlies is more fun for you, great. My opinion just differs. As for your last remark, I don't consider anything I said to be trashtalk.Because I shouldn't HAVE to say ANYTHING about friendlies...because they are friendlies. They shouldn't even be brought up. It just really annoys me when people talk about friendlies :/.
Please also don't pick up the same mentality as me. I enjoy friendlies a ton because I can just have fun, but there is nothing wrong with trying in them. You can learn a lot from friendlies and should if you want to get better. Just save the talk for tournament matches
I hope that now we can move past all this. Perhaps at HOBO 18 we can have a good-natured, serious game? I'd like to see if your Ice Climbers can beat my DK when they're in full throttle. If we must, it can be a $1 MM, but like I said, I'd like the match to be in good nature.

world hobo 2 will be on dec 5th-6th. it may or may not be near college finals. APEX was ON finals and it did great so im sure this event will do fine as well. maker your journals, ladies!!!
