How come gamespot always say Nintendo games are "more of the same", but Halo, Gears of War, Call of Duty etc. always get 9.5 or 10?

Most of those companies dislike Nintendo because they do what they want and not what the reviewers want. So they will say bad things about Nintendo more often than the rest.

You won't see them bash the 6 Halo games or the 46 CoD games(all of which are the EXACT SAME GAME each edition) but when XYZ Nintendo games out its "the same old stuff"

Smoom, aside from the shock factor when he killed the first couple.. that video was absolutely terrible.
